I have to say that I have been in several mentorships and Pace has offered that but so much more. The community he has built as a leader has been invaluable. The community is awesome. The only thing that is I can say that is negative is that there is so many offerings that it is hard to keep up. I know in this community that I can to continue to learn and grown and feel support. Pace is a great leader (he is so down to earth and really care about people in the community). I feel like there is no other community like this one and it will continue to be a place where I can continue to learn and grow because the opportunities are endless. I would also have to say this this program is the best value for the money.

All areas of the community provide lifelong learning, money making ability, travel and lasting friendships. No other even comes close.

SubTo is not just a training program or mentorship, it’s a community. The opportunities here are ENDLESS. The amount of support you get, resources, education, connections, encouragement, all of it is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Training is so detailed and yet simple anyone like me with no REI background can understand the education provided and put it to work. 100% worth the investment. You put in the work and ask questions or for help, you’ll see results.

I have been a longtime member and have nothing but positive things to say. One thing I really like compared to other programs is that it is a lifelong membership. In life sometimes we tend to lose consistency or have things in life which cause us to checkout. But once you are ready to lock in you can always come back and there will still be weekly if not daily zooms to help you get back on your feet. And the amount of value provided seems to increase constantly

"IYKYK" Subto is one of the best investments in ourselves that we could have made. We joined a few years back, dove in, found "bunnies", landed a unicorn of an opportunity (you will see everybody searching for this type of "deal"), purchased stabilized and now its running itself. All that from a couple of newbies that paid close attention, utilized the tools Pace and his team provided and brought home a "win/win" for all involved. We would not have seen this "deal", as obnoxious as that term is nowadays, as an opportunity had it not been for joining Subto. Pace and the community he has built are truly Top Tier and his outside the box thinking is contagious, in a good way not like a cold.
Inside this community is a wealth of information and trainings with tons of archived materials for reference that is coupled with people that are excited to help and guide.

I have had the most amazing experience with Subto and Pace Morby. I love the way he is able to explain a subject to where it makes sense. Even though I have only been in the community for a few short months I have already been connected with some of the local leaders and even some newbies just like me that are working towards their goals simatuonsuly. I have really enjoyed meeting so many neat and amazing people in Subto. Going to events at the home office, networking and getting to know other members afterwards, and attending Squadup have all been such life changing moments.

II just joined Subto after spending time watching free trainings and really appreciating what I learned from Pace. This past weekend, I drove from Minnesota to Dallas to attend his final Creative Nation tour, and it felt like a family reunion, with experienced members welcoming newcomers and offering support and guidance. It’s unlike anything I’ve experienced before—the amount of knowledge being shared is amazing. I haven’t started my trainings yet, but I’ve already connected with my success coach, and every call I’ve joined has been full of genuine conversations and people truly helping each other to succeed.

Soooooo grateful!!! I might be a little bias since this is the only REI group I have ever been a part of but SubTo is hands-down, the most amazing community EVER! Top-Down...Leaders to newbies, we are all Go-givers. This infectious attitude is contagious ya'll. I began my REI journey in December 2025, worked with several different groups trying to find my niche. Always learning along the way. I'm currently on the most amazing team ever, doing deals in co-living which is what my niche will be in. Thanks to Pace for your vision & your entire team who help make all of this possible!
