been through a lot of communities and paid a lot of money, but this is the first one I feel like has all the pieces accessible without having to pay extra extra money to get to them. It's a perfect blend of networking with Real Estate success. And I couldn't be happier to be here.

Excellent community/membership/mentoring group! I've been a member of SubTo for 5 months and the information available and shared along with all the video calls and content is amazing. I have some RE experience with mentorships and other programs designed to teach you how to invest. This program isn't a mentorship, per se, but is phenomenal and head-and-shoulders above my experience with other RE groups. The innovative(creative) financing approaches are fantastic and can really resonate with sellers. I'm looking forward to my first deal---I'm a bit slow getting started as my W2 has been very busy.

There's a lot of hype out there and systems that don't do a lot for you expect take your money. Pace Morby's Subto Community is the REAL deal. They offer a ton of support and almost hand you a deal to help you get started. It's simple and just takes a mindshift on your part. Everything is aboveboard and 100% legal and well done. I encourage anyone with the courage to get up and moving in a new direction, to be part of this. We love it.

The community itself is something special. The willingness people have to help each other is genuine — not what you'd expect from most real estate circles.
