I purchased services from Sunucun and ended up with an unused credit balance of $132.86. When I requested a refund, the support team—specifically Efe D.—refused, despite their own refund policy containing no clause that prohibits refunding credit balances.

Their responses were templated, dismissive, and at one point included a “final warning,” which felt more like intimidation than customer service. This behavior does not reflect the professionalism I expect from a Turkish company, nor does it align with basic consumer rights.

I’m sharing my experience publicly to help others avoid similar treatment. If you value transparency and respectful support, I recommend looking elsewhere.

be careful from sunucun.com.tr they just scammed me for 45 CAD .i purchased a server with 30 ips and they were all blacklisted .not good for sending emails .when i rech out support for changing the ips they rejected my demand and they canceled the server and kept the money .and i applied for a refund they didnt accept and i had nothing to do cause purchased the server with my credit card not with paypal.
conclusion go away they have bad ips already blacklisted and the will steal your money out of your pocket.

I would like to share my experience with Sunucun, which, unfortunately, has been quite disappointing. I purchased three servers from them—one of which was delivered with only one IP address, despite my request for five. The other two servers remained in a pending state for an entire month.
Despite reaching out to their support team multiple times via emails and inquiries, I did not receive any response. When I finally requested a refund for the undelivered services, I was informed that the issue was on my end, which I found quite frustrating given the lack of support and follow-up from their side.

I have purchased three servers, and they all came out infected with Spamhaus blocklist, when I reached out to them they said they wouldn't change or refund it since it was not their problem, and then they started accusing me of spamming, I advise all dear readers to avoid this company. at all costs.

We have been using this company for server services for more than two months. Since the bandwidth of one of our servers had increased and they had once asked us to reduce the bandwidth, they asked us to reduce the bandwidth within half an hour, and we did so and even asked for their full cooperation to fix the problem. Unfortunately, this company is the most irresponsible company we have ever worked with. They completely blocked our account without prior notice and the 6 servers we purchased from them were deleted without providing or receiving any backups! We were very satisfied with their support at first, but they suddenly changed their policy and blocked the entire account without any prior notice due to the increase in traffic on one of our servers. In general, this irresponsible company has no credibility because they decide to delete you based on their own interests without any accountability for this action. This company is not recommended at all. If you don't believe us, then try it yourself and you will see what we mean.

I purchased 5 virtual servers and used them for about a year without any delayed invoices. Then, out of nowhere, my account was suspended without any prior notice. When I reached out to support, this was their response:

"Due to high line usage, your account has been suspended, and your orders have been canceled."

I’m absolutely speechless!

Not only did I lose all my data, but even my backup servers were wiped out because of their absurd and nonsensical logic. Avoid this company at all costs!

I was getting virtual server services from this company and they suddenly suspended my server.
As soon as it was suspended, I filed a support ticket, and they closed the ticket without a response.
After closing the ticket, they also suspended my account.
I asked the site's online support and they told me that we do not provide services to you and that we closed your service and account due to excessive use.
I even told them that I paid for the new month's service and you should refund it and they said that you will not be charged for the refund.
I have never seen this type of customer service anywhere.
Unfortunately, I have no evidence against them except for the unanswered emails sent by them. I said this because after this experience, I know that support will come and want to have their own explanations.

Do not get a server from them

According to their own words, I bought a server with a 10 gigabit port

Out of 30 days, my server shut down on its own for 4 days and I had to rebuild the server to fix it. There were about 7 days left until the time of my server was over, and it said server canceled in the site, and when I sent it to the support, they said that you should not always use a bandwidth of more than 200 megabits!
But this work of this data center is not correct because I got a server with a 10 gigabit port from them

In short, I was not satisfied with them at all

DO NOT BUY SERVERS FROM THEM
The first time their servers went down for more than 15 hours their technical support didn't even answer my tickets and I had to rebuild my OS to fix the issue
And today they cancelled my "Unlimited Traffic" due to high usage without a warning
I never received an email or even a ticket, they suddenly decided to completely remove my server without any warning and now their support is telling me it was due to high usage
DO NOT SPEND EVEN 1 CENT ON THIS WEBSITE

As you could see in their reply they'll delete their customer server without a single warning
I've used servers from many datacenters in recent years (bluevps , hostinger , digitalocean , hetzner , cloudzy ,bacloud , racknerd ,...) and I NEVER saw a datacenter treat their customers like them
Once again I repeat they doesn't care about their customers and they WILL delete your entire server without any warning .
And I don't know why you had to mention my region to justify you wrong actions lol
Funny part is they are only doing this because they are a Turkish datacenter , They know that you cannot do anything because the Turkish surveillance system does not monitor them
So, to compensate for the terrible inflation in Türkiye, they have started to defraud their customers
We will gladly share this information on every host review site to warn your potential victims (customers)

And what kind of datacenter consider 600 GB per month high traffic?
On top of that why did you delete my entire account after my negative review on trust pilot? Ain't that against trust pilot rules?

The best server provider for me. They are solid and reliable in terms of delivering their services in a webmaster-friendly manner. Prices are also affordable for me. Uptime is rather high. Recommend with no dount.

I use the cloud server of this company for VPN clients!
