Terrible underhanded company you have been warned. I thought I would give them a try by depositing a small amount £40 putting on a 6/4 shot on a horse that won I immediately withdrew it to test how long it would be to hit my bank, 3 months later I still havent received it, they are ignorant on chat and dont reply to emails. If you really want an account with them you will be suckered 100%

No stars would be visible if it was possible! Total scammers. Robot replies to emails. Non payment of winnings. Absolute scammers!!!

Hi all. Just to let you know that you will all get an email stating that there is another way to withdraw money. DO NOT fall for it. It will ask you for all bank details including card number and cvc number etc. I have given them an account that is empty to see if money will be paid in. I’m afraid it’s been another 11 days and nothing. Will post again after 21 but please do not give them an account that you use a lot otherwise they may take money!

I asked Superb to close my account. I was directed to their support email address. They haven't had the courtesy to reply to my 18 emails, and still haven't closed my account - I've now been waiting 3 weeks.
They're a bunch of thieving little sods.

Absolute shambles of a company. Claim withdrawals take 7 working days. This time passes and the funds end up back in your superb account (not your bank) and you repeat the process multiple times. The customer support are clueless and keep asking for you to be patient. They’re regimented in saying ‘be patient’. I wish nothing but ill on this company and I hope it ceases to trade as soon as possible. Avoid avoid avoid like the plague.

Just few minutes ago my money didn't get from my bank account to my player profile balance so I reported it to customer service via chat window on casinos website i sent them transaction numbers and proof of money transfers from my bank account as well etc. during half an hour tme I was forced to explain the same issue with money licking in their system to at least four different consultants due to each one of them wasn't aware what I the problem was while I texted to guys before them 2 minutes before!!! idi.ts hahahaha chat history exists only in theory hahaha. After my brain boiled and my adrenaline reached level close to engage me in kill mode i asked them to solve it finally and send money back to account that deposit was made from due to i can't trust them anymore. Instead of helping me as normal customer service do with their clients or at least explain what t.f. happend they closed my player profile and terminated my membership. defrauding money from my account balance motivated me to warn all others to not registrate there unless someone likes to be f..ked from behind by Superb.bet and loose money. 25 days ago I made a withdrawal of £1000 and had the same experience as everyone on here.. ignoring emails, going from 7 days to 21 days.. after the 8th day and wondering where my money was I came on here read the reviews and realised I had been scammed.. disregarded the £1000 as it looked like I wasn't going to get it.. then this morning out of nowhere no emails or texts it went into my bank.. from a company called CALLKEY SYSTEMS LIMITED..
Complete shock over the moon however the site is still appalling.. everytime I deposited say £20.. it would converted into euros so roughly £23 went out my bank each time.. so only £20 to play with .. also the withdrawal was for £1000 but because of the euro £992 went into my bank.. no idea how all this works I wont be using them again just thought I would share that I have actually had a payout off them so hopefully there is still some hope for the rest of you 🤞🤞

People, please stop ignoring these reviews, they are all true, the company answers to no one, they are genuinely robbing you, these aren't bitter people who have lost because of bad slots etc, they've won fair and square but still can't get money back, too many new reviews going in saying the same thing, people, PLEASE HEED ADVICE

A lot of reviews about this company suggest the casino is unfair which happens on most sites. My gripe is they haven't paid my withdrawal for almost 6 weeks. They paid my first and only other withdrawal after 7 days which seems a lot though they do say it takes between 7 and 21.

They're support team do reply quickly but have no answers to how long it will take.

Won't be using again

Deposited £40 with bonus of 300% on the 3rd of June!!!! Yes you read that correctly… hit a huge win and completed waging. Ended up with £1250 and withdrew immediately.

After 3 months of Constant messages back and forth to mostly BOTS on the chat. They cancelled my withdrawal and asked to withdraw again as there was a technical issue.

Withdrawn via Bitcoin this time as opposed to bank, still nothing. Says pending and same spiel from the robots.

I went on chat help and asked for my account to be closed as I'm a gambling addict and was told they couldn't and the chat closed without warning.
Re opened the chat and they told me to email someone so I did. However someone I know had an account on the same site closed by the chat agents so they were lying. I begged them at least 10/15 times over 24hrs and they still said they can't help. All they said was email lily who hadn't responded in 24hrs. I explained I could lose everything if my account remained open and one agent said they will get back to me 'eventually’ then shut the chat.
They will literally take everything from you without a care.
For this reason I’m currently putting all the transcripts and evidence I have for at least 10 sites together to seek Legal action and considering other avenues including international media to highlight how these sites that aren't on gamstop are operating. By providing a service to the uk they are still bound to stick to uk gambling rules yet they don’t. They rely on the gamblers being so broken they simply allow it to happen and accept the fact that the money is gone. However the money shouldn’t be gone because the site shouldn’t be allowed to use the crazy terms they do.
All the non GameStop gambling sites take deposits through multiple intermediaries that are as normal as a bank(these are the same as used in vending machines and other consumer product dispensers and money collecting services) this allows them to get around gambling blocks on bank accounts for their main target customers the desperate addicts that just need to gamble regardless of terms or conditions. The biggest thing is they pay out from a registered gambling account which is obviously blocked so they can say it’s not their fault and they’re trying to send the money. They know you'll gamble it away if it's there more than a day. Others only allow bitcoin and Mastercard with Mastercard not accepting gambling payouts and bitcoin not being overly common. If you look in the terms it says withdrawals up to 5000 a day but go to your withdrawl page and they limit you to a lot less most only 400 .
They often leave the money in the account until processed which can take up more than 24hrs. They limit withdrawals to small amounts and such specific ways so that if you're lucky you may get one withdrawal but you'll gamble the rest or a large portion of it.
Then you have the ones that offer bonuses for talking on the phone, they only want you to say yes or no(common scam) as there’s no other reason they would want to hear your voice especially pay for it with a bonus. The same goes for the bots they offer bonuses for you to download, they’re irrelevant to a gambling site unless they want access to your phones data.
PLEASE avoid this one and any others not on gamstop. They’re not on gamstop for the reason they literally will steal your money and hide behind the terms you accept because you're desperate to gamble. If you’re not on ganstop and want to gamble please use the legitimate sites registered with gamstop.
With the non gamstop sites simply asking for a refund breaks their terms(compare the non gamstop sites terms with gamstop sites ones) meaning you won't get anywhere. They respond to emails(if they respond) via new chains so they can claim your email complaining or asking to close your account etc wasn't received. Mrsloty is another exactly the same as this site and they did everything above and more to me.
They refuse to tell you who their licensing committee is and any other information you're entitled to that you can complain to. If you do have issues like mine please keep all transcripts as evidence like I have because they think they're invincible with their terms but this time they failed on the duty of care and allowing me to close my account at any time as the terms state. The more people come forward with the same issues which will be the case then we can help each other get these sites taken down. Even if we don’t get our money back the legal system won’t allow these sites to operate under such conditions. Getting the sites shut down will hopefully save anyone else going through this.
