I made a withdrawal on 12 july and still not paid, all the comments here are exactly my experience. Now they don't answere on the chat.
I've threatened legal advice and see how they respond. Has anyone been paid ever?????

Same as everyone else really. Haven't processed my withdraw after weeks. Not one single response to emails in a month.

Placed over 100 bets to try and win a free bet and then wouldn't pay out.

They moved prices just on my account to 1.78 for all handicaps to prevent me from trying to complete the number of bets in the time period (you have to place bets at 1.80 or above)
when the actual markets for everyone else were 1.90

When you get through on the chat they cut you off over and over again.

Hands down the worst site ever and are juts stealing your money sadly.

DO NOT USE!!!!! No option for 0 stars I wouldn’t even give it 1! Avoid this site it’s a scam. I made 2 deposits in feb this year they took an additional amount on top of this without consent totalling £12.70. When I tried to contact them on chat they told me they don’t charge for deposits however the currency conversion companies they use might! Absolutely useless! Decided to withdraw my money straight away and that took 2 months! I have been asking for them to close my account since I have been told every time to email lilly (@super.bet). I have sent an email 7 times with no response. Contacted them again today as my account was still open and they were still trying to refuse until I threatened them with negative reviews then I was told it had been closed. Literally the worst site ever DO NOT USE!!

Stole my money, was taken from my bank, did not show up, keep sending emails when i asked for account closed. Do not answar emails. Stay away!

Don’t go on this site been waiting for a withdrawal for 2 months when speak to customer services they say they Carnt help they’ll email there finance department and get back to you guess what they never do looks like they’ve pocketed my money

Don’t use this site the games are cloned and RTP non existent some games still have DEMO written on the screens as you play for real money
When I closed my account stating this they did not attempt to validate their games as they are fully aware of this
I post this after losing a large amount of money with no play sessions you would get on genuine sites

Tried to deposit 20 but got charged 300 oddd pounds to BSsystems . Scam site

Requested closure of account numerous times finally done 4 days later, waiting on a withdrawal and they are saying it will be prolonged. Every transactions came up a different name on bank. Absolute rip off site ans cant speak to anyone!
