Well…. I finally have an email response after 3 months. Just to apologise and tell me there were problems and the balance had gone back to my account, and to make the withdrawal again. I’ve done that so we shall wait and see ? I will keep you posted x

This site is a scam! I deposited and won £2500 and it’s been sat there pending for 4 weeks all the crap 7 to 21 days and now they have closed my account without telling me and just close online chat everytime I go on there.I’m never gonna see my £2500 withdrawal. They are just thieves and scammers stay away.

Similar to other posters, pending withdrawal for just over £150, have been waiting since 29/09.
Daily interaction chasing, the today the website is not working. Can’t even load the page up.

Wonder if the page will ever work again…

Very straightforward and will eventually say still in process. Very smart scammers ask them about their trustpilot reviews they will search for that penny and take it before your eyes swerves. Fastest ever deposit takes I mili second if not faster, and games freeze just when you win half a penny very tight. Scam company do not use this company i put 300 pounds in account i won 900 and they refused to pay and also tried to take £950 out of my account but securities stoped payment for fraud activity they claim to be usa based but in-fact are Chinese ….do not sign up with this company i promise they are scam artists

Would give zero stars if could... DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I'm another one getting fobbed off when trying to track my withdrawal payment... I have money sat on my account but can't withdraw it until first withdrawal cleared so looks like I'm never going to see any of my winnings...

as the title states, I was £40 away from hitting my wagering requirement and unlocking my bonus of almost £1000, when they deleted the promotion I had signed up for. I went on to a live chat and they claimed there was no issue with my account and nothing had been tampered with... I have screenshots of the bonus balance before they did this. don't waste your time or money with these scammers. the most annoying thing is they keep sending me marketing sms and emails, which when I try to stop it doesn't work

I made a withdrawal of £100 from the casino and haven’t received any payment and when I try get help on this matter the casino says the same nonsense about regulations and it’s under investigation. From reading reviews I understand that I will most likely never get my money from them but does anyone have any information on maybe getting my money back through my bank? Just an update 28.11.23 on what is written below. Superb.bet have now closed my account without explanation. Fortunately I paid via visa who refunded me months ago because I knew they didn’t pay out winnings. The winnings came legitimately through playing through 50 free spins. In your bank or credit card statement you will not see the deposit stated as superb.bet. Just an untraceable person or company. They are therefore subsequently money laundering. I have asked Casino Guru to chase my legitimate winnings, but so far to no avail. Although it has only been 5 days. Saying that I will take superb bets advice and adhere to patience. I advise you all who have been scammed to get on to visa or Mastercard regarding the relevant transaction.

This site is a pure scam. Do not wager a penny with them. Their site claims quick payouts. 3 weeks later my withdrawal request for £127 is still pending. As I update this report 7/11/23 I have a withdrawal still pending from 29/9/23 and getting the constant copy and paste of ‘they can’t rush the withdrawal process’. All gaming activity is controlled by the countries governments finance department.

Made a deposit by card? You won’t see it go to superb.bet or WinBet NV. It goes to an individuals bank account. Highlighting a very suspicious connection to money laundering.

I just can’t accept that there are so many casinos out there, that if they do payout, it can take months. I guarantee I will not be paid out by this company. The live chat just abort the conversation when they can offer no explanation other than to copy and paste. The last representative didn’t even know they were a subsidiary of WinBet NV. The site is a complete joke and the terms and conditions can be changed without notice at any time to the players. Having read them, it is clear that this is to cover all options of having to payout.

The layout is quoted as 7-21 working days approximately; quick payout???. Basically I know what they are going to come back with me; that I have to use my withdrawal method the same as my payment. Their only problem to them is that I have empirical evidence of a card transaction and crypto transaction. The money I win was actually on a free bonus, without deposit. As I have chosen the crypto withdrawal, they will claim that it is not valid option as they will only do a bank transfer; subject to them amending their t’s and c’s. Then I would have to start a new claim which would take a further month.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS i landed golden fish on bigger bass bonanza for £1440 and surprise surprise the game froze i screen shotted proof of the win they said they sent it to the relevant department to sort it out within 24hrs heard nothing so got in touch numerous times to chase it up was told they had to send it to the department again then another day later they denied the game had any issue (even with the screenshot proof!) and i wasn't going to be paid on my win absolutely gutted it was first time I'd ever won anything too totally ruined the experience and has depressed me massively.

They don’t pay out withdrawals. They spin rubbish about the finance department having to check through your game play etc.

I asked them to close my account. They said i shouldn’t close it whilst waiting for a withdrawal. I told them it didn’t matter I had seen the reviews and knew I wasn’t getting my money. They responded to say they closed it and didn’t even try and defend themselves regarding the reviews or withdraws.

Be careful leaving your account open within their terms and conditions if you don’t use it for 12 months they will charge you a £5 per month maintenance fee.

If you deposit here you are just giving them your money, the games look funny ( like the scatter on big bass, it cuts off behind other symbols ) they don’t look the same as on genuine uk sites, and even if you do win they cap the winnings and don’t pay it anyway.

As bad as it gets. If you deposit money with this casino or any casino "operated" by "Mad Entritanment DS DV" for that matter consider your deposit gone forever. Not only that expect random fees coming out of your bank account and endless email spam. Now I'll be honest I've never played this site and have no intention of every playing this site (due to the reviews here and a quick online research). Every single day I'm getting text messages from this company. When I say I have sent 200 emails that is not an exaggeration. Asking for them to remove my details and stop. Have not even had the decency of a single response. If anything I just get an increase in text.
