The superman team was available at such a short notice, they managed to put together a team of 3 men and 2 big Luton Vans.
The men were very careful with our furniture to avoid any damage and moved all boxes and heavy American Fridge freezer, they were able to disconnect and connect our washing machine at the new house.
They are more than superman also handymen, highly recommended.

Worst moving experience I have ever had: First they passed the job to another company, then
1/called the night before to increase the agreed price
2/came 2 hours late, actually only 1 person came second guy came a further 30 minutes later
3/took them 3 hours to take boxes from a 1 bedroom flat to the van, 5 hours 40 minutes overall
4/ charged us for 6 hours saying that anything over 5 hours 30 minutes was 6 hours
5/ had to ask them to assemble the bed, they said first that they didn’t have tools to assemble even though I made sure to request assembling when booking
6/ wouldn’t leave house before making payment immediately and that it reaches their account.

We have moved a 5 bedroom house with the team,their consistency and hard work to move so many boxes was impressive, they have filled up a lorry full of items, dismantle and reassemble the furniture, then going up and down the staircase with all the furniture, we had a team of 5 men and managed to finish moving on time to the new house, what a great team

The move was more or less smooth (although they charge you for 3h even though they did 2.15h) but people are not professional, rude and even scary. There was an issue with the payment where I've shown proof of payment and they literally harassed me (calling me 5 times on a Sunday) addressing the issue with a non professional tone forcing me to call my bank 6 times. Of course they needed to be paid but it doesn't justify being agressive. I got scared at some point. Oh they might also say I did not book with them, mainly bc they work as a marketplace and put you in touch with other suppliers.

We been extremely happy to have the superman team giving us a hand, they really helped a lot,hard working company, our move went smooth and they were punctual and friendly, I would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring moving.

We had a great experience with the super removals teams, they were great, they came on time and were very professional, the home removal team was friendly and done the packing really profesionally, everything was well organised and liked the fact they had mattress covers, really happy with the service

Myself and my partner have been recommended this company to move house, we had a big 3 bed house to move and were worried about the process, but the moving team were very helpful and friendly and managed to move us on time, we were impressed with their professionalism

Do not hire, not recomended. They will rip you off by hiring overworked employees that are too tired to carry the job efficiently. It took them over 10 hours to move a 2 bedroom flat (transporation time between 2 properties 1 hour 5 min included). It would have taken longer if we didnt keep on chasing them.

We hired this company to move out 2 bedroom flat and help with
dismantaling 2 cuboards and then put it together. (Note: we were renting a fully furnished flat, so very little furniture to move and all boxes and packages were ready for them to pick up at the door of the flat).

The payment was per hour and the employees did their best to mark as many hours as possible.

On a positive note, the driver had good skills in dismatling our cupboards and putting them together again, which I think is fair to mention here.

Upon arrival, the driver claimed he has no previous knowledge of what the job entailed and is unable to help with dismantling furniture and it took them 20 min (which we were charged for) to work things out with their managers and get this issue sorted.

The property had its main exit closed so they had to take a long corridor to exit the building and there were 2 elevators involved, which may have slowed the operation, but not to excuse how long it took for the move to happen.

When questioned about the slowliness of the operation, the driver mentioned that he had no time to rest since 5 am, he had nothing to eat yet since the morning (this was 8 pm evening) and had a tough job before ours which left him so tired. He also complained about the working conditions they are being put in.

With the conditions mentioned by the driver, I think the two men did a great job, but it is not the customer's problem to pay for employees who are unfit for the job.

When complaining to the company, i was told the driver had another side of the story, but they are currently looking into it.

I used Super Man with a Van to move 1 bedroom flat. Everything was very easy from start to finish. Happy with the price as well. Aras and his colegue were very well organisied and kind. Thank you!

I contacted the company at the last minute regarding the transport of a large olive tree from the store to our back garden. I have nothing but praise for both the admin staff and the two men (Daniel and James) who carried out the job. The men went to great lengths to protect the tree and were extremely helpful and good tempered too! It was a job well done, at a reasonable price and at a time that suited me. My thanks to all concerned.

I have just moved my house with the team and they were brilliant from start to finish, team was friendly and helpful and been on time, really liked their professionalism , we moved a big 4 bed house and would highly recommend to anyone moving

Superman with a Van offered reasonable prices for our house move and were very responsive in the run up to moving day.

On the day, they sent a very efficient and hardworking team who managed to move our furniture down 4 flights of stairs in no time! They provided extra materials to ensure our belongings remained safe in transit and took care of everything. They were very polite and made sure everything was in order before leaving.

We would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a removals company.

Tried to use these guys to move a sofa from a family house to a new build flat. They ended up charging me hundreds of pounds to take it away to a skip (never got evidence it went to the skip..) as they said it was too heavy to go up the stairs to the new flat. I didn't feel that they tried properly. Was a real nightmare and the removal van man was not helpful. Sofa was worth £1k

Competitive prices! The driver turned up early but unfortunately his helper ran a little late which the driver apologised for & told us the removal time will start after his colleague arrives. First thing I asked the driver to do was to cover a few items as I didn't want them scratched or marked (which was ignored). Secondly my new property was 3-5 minutes drive away from the old and once they got there the unloading speed was so slow that I had to move the last few items myself so the charges won't spill over to the next hour which is what they were aiming for judging by their speed! Come on, who takes up 4 sofa cushions as a trip up the lift? 2 lengths of bedframe at a time?. On top, when they used the trolley to bring Fridge, Washing machine & Cooker into a newly decorated property you don't roll a heavy trolley over the new door bars which left nasty dents on them! (I didn't kick up a fuss at the time as I already had a lot on my mind). There were scratches all over the bed frames! Honestly speaking the personality of the 2 removal guys were very good but their service didn't live up to it.

Moving was less stressful with them I have to say, friendly team who came to do the work, they also came on time and took care of everything, so very happy with the service, thank you
