Have tried for 2 days to order a mug they advertise and website will NOT let me even put it in basket ... so WHY advertise it!

Not bad, but.....
To be fair, order arrived 3 days after placing it and in good time for Christmas... however, it was the wrong item and trying to contact them for a resolution is proving more than difficult at present...
*edit* not one but two replacements eventually arrived, good quality items. I would recommend and have added a fourth star..

Stocking fillers for Christmas

After nearly a month I still await my mug or a refund. Communications keep telling me it is on it's way but still have not received it. Luckily I paid by PayPal so will be notifying them.
