Mo was on time, personable, and ensured we were comfortable. We appreciated the door to door service from our hotel in Brussels to our hotel in London. He had an obvious rapport with the folks at the Chanel Tunnel pet checkpoint and passport control. This all made for a smoother process. Glad we used this service!

Rozh and Muhammad were great and took the stress out of moving our dog by road from the UK to Spain. Great and clear communication, very flexible and fully understanding of our requirements.
We chose Super Pet Travel as they guaranteed a private bespoke service in a large and comfortable Mercedes people carrier (unlike other Companies who have multiple animals in a van), and they arrived in Valencia ahead of schedule.
Will definitely be using them again if we need to go back to the UK.

We were concerned that a road trip across Europe with two teenagers and a cat would be long and cumbersome but Mo and his team were so accommodating placing our comfort first and also providing great company and conversation along the way. We brought our puppy from Calais to Folkestone. Our driver (Faruk) was very helpful, answered all our questions and supported us through the process. We had a brilliant experience. Everything was very smooth. You do have to initially trust the process though. Our journey to Calais had last minute changes due to railway issues, Rozh, dealt with everything timely and sorted everything out so we could continue our journey seamlessly.

I recently used their service to transport my pet from France to the UK, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Tola - The driver was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew everything about the process, which made the journey completely stress-free.

Everything was handled efficiently from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout. The driver was also very friendly and professional, making both me and my pet feel comfortable and well looked after.

Absolutely amazing company! Mohammed went over and above for my two guinea pigs who had travelled from the Finland to the UK. He went over an above when I had issues with an international transfer I asked Mohammed if he could withdraw the money if I sent it and he helped me out of a very difficult situation.

He is very trustworthy, and runs an honest respectable company. I could not recommend him and super pet travel enough!

Mo was fantastic - exactly the right level of communicative, instantly bonded with my dog Ralph and genuinely cared for him. He was super efficient but safe with the travel and helped me enormously with making my move so much smoother. Ralph and me were genuinely sad to say goodbye to Mo! Would use again 100%. I found Super Pet Travel online and the reviews looked good, but I was still nervous because of all the pet taxi scams out there. however from the very first email, their response was quick and professional. They answered all my questions about travel route and travel documents.

Before the trip, they kept in touch and even connected me with Mo directly. On the day of travel, Mo arrived punctually to pick us up. The vehicle was clean, well-ventilated, and have plenty of room for our luggages. Our pet was calm throughout the whole journey – no stress, no issues.

From the first contact, Mo and his team were quick, efficient and clear with pricing and what documentation was needed. He contacted me ahead of time, shared his location on the day and the meeting at Paris Orly was very easy. We arrived in London 2 hours ahead of schedule. We will be using the team again.

We had a great experience with Mohammed and Rozh. After a long international flight, Mo communicated with us proactively and picked us up at the Paris airport. The boarder controls went smoothly and we arrived at home in London safely with our two cats. Price is pretty reasonable compared to other quotes we received and having in mind we were together driving for about five hours. Definitely recommend Super Pet Travel and would book it again if needed. Thanks!

We travelled from Portugal to London with our 2 dogs . Mo picked us up in Paris and the journey was seamless. The car was very comfortable and our dogs were very happy. Mo was kind and friendly and I would highly recommend this service.
