Hi,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, it's really valuable to us.

We understand that the pricing structure may have felt unclear. The upfront payment is for the Student Pass subscription, which gives access to contacting tutors and using the platform’s services. The subscription fee is not transferred to tutors, as lesson payments are arranged directly between students and tutors. However, many tutors do offer their first lesson for free!

We’re also sorry to hear that your experience with tutor responses and calendar availability did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating that can be when trying to find the right tutor.

Your feedback is valuable to us, and we continuously work to improve both transparency and the overall user experience on the platform.

Elevpasset behövs för att kontakta lärare och vi lyfter att Elevpasset är ett månadsabonnemang på vår betalsida. Vi informerar även alla prenumeranter om detta via mejl när det startar.

Om informationen kring vårt abonnemang ändå upplevdes som otydlig ber vi om ursäkt. Det är verkligen inte vår avsikt!

Vi hanterar alla ärenden i turordning och ibland kan det dröja lite att få svar om vi hanterar många inkommande ärenden.
