Suvie’s customer Service is not responsive to my request to track the packages that were returned via FedEx per their instructions . I returned both appliances but despite my sending proof they were picked up by Fed Ex they refuse to issue my refund as they are stating they have not received the the returned appliances. I did not use the appliances at all so they are in perfect condition. They also have the serial numbers of the appliances. I have sent multiple emails to the Customer Service team. It took them some time to answer and it has not been resolved. The last four emails have not been answered. These appliances are quite expensive and this is a huge loss for me as I do not have the appliances and have not received a refund. I’d highly advise you not get involved with this company unless you can afford to lose your money if you are dissatisfied.

Pro- I like the machine and how convenient it cooks your meals.
Con- Portion Size are very small. Made for kids or petite people. The portion they say is for 2 people, is actually for 1 person. Unless you weigh 100lbs.
Con- The price for 2 meals at $22 (which is very small), should be $5. The 4 meal pack should be $10.99.
I have done the math over and over, shipping, dry freeze, and pre cooking. Still, its half the cost, with some of the food being bland.
I will give 5 stars once changed. I have a feeling the Suvie movement will die soon if you don't lower price per meal. You guys need to find a way to reduce cost.

We love our Suvie. It makes having a delicious meal so easy. I love it only takes me 5 minutes to prepare and goes from my freezer to my Suvie with no thawing. Thank you.

I have been using my suvie for the last few weeks and have had a great time learning how to use it with the assistance of their support team. Food has been really convient in a pinch, and might try to make my own food eventualy. Would recommend for busie parents

This is the WORST company, service, and product I have ever purchased!! Not ONCE have they gotten me a completely correct meal delivery - it’s always quality issues and ruined meals!
Customer service is horrible! They will not try of make anything that this company gets wrong right! They make it extremely difficult to actually get ahold of people and get timely replies.
The stove itself has had nothing but issues! The schedule meal function has not worked a single time. The refrigeration function malfunctions almost every time I try to use it - so there’s ruined meals in the own oven I bought. And now the oven decided to flood water out of the top where you pour it into the device for steaming! I have no clue how this stupid device forced all the water up and out of the stove, but it was enough that it took 3 towels to clean up the spilled water over the counter, onto the floors, and all over the countertops and cabinets. I bought this for stress relief with cooking and it’s done nothing at all to help and I seriously wish I never spent my money on Suvie!
I’ve had similar services in the past - and I highly recommend go to ANY other one - DO NOT buy this or spend your money for this meal service!

Have been using Suvie for 2 years and have just ordered a 3.0 for my son in college. Great for a family!

Food is good but the Suvie is such a good leftovers and everyday meal machine

Don’t ever expect to receive your appliance. For weeks I keep getting told of shipping delays. They create a shipping label and nothing happens. Every week I got told it’s shipping the the end of the week however still nothing. Got my meals and now they just sit in the freezer Do not recommend

I’ve have Suvie for over a year. The meals are great and while maybe a little pricy, come in clutch for me.

Love my Suvie. Gave my last one to daughter after ordering the new air fry Suvie.

I love my Suvie, its the most convenient appliance I've ever owned! The meals are so varied, there is something for everyone. The portions are great. I've tried several and have my favorites. Compared to other food by mail services, I believe I believe Suvie is a great value. I have had all positive experiences with Suvie's customer service too. I highly recommend this product!

I work 12 hr shifts at the hospital and have really appreciated having a hot meal waiting when I get home that isn’t from a drive thru.

The Suvie app also makes everything so much easier as I can check on my food to make sure it is ready when I get home.

So easy to use, but I do need my readers.

As a mom, evenings can get pretty hectic, and figuring out dinner every day isn’t always easy. Suvie has helped take some of that pressure off.

What I like most is being able to plan ahead and have meals ready without standing in the kitchen after a long day. It’s especially helpful on busy weekdays when there’s just no extra time.

The meals are simple and good, and having different options makes it easier to find things that work for both me and my child.

It’s not about replacing cooking entirely, but it’s been a really helpful backup that makes my daily life a bit smoother.

They continue to send me meals and charge me for them even when I skip/cancel. Then I spend 20 minutes on the phone with them just for them to say they will email me when they "figure out what went wrong" and then never email. This company is poorly run.

The Suvie Staff are the best! Questions and concerns have been handled quickly and addressed or resolved with professionalism and integrity. I love this company
