As someone who has an odd lifestyle just being able to set and forget my meals has helped a ton. I have food ready for me when I need it.

Also like that I can prep my own food in the oven. Makes meal prep a breeze

Food was good how ever more then half the time the good was not delivered properly and had to be tossed. So the time u saved not cooking was spent chase for refund or package. Would not recommend

I have been with Suvie since the start up and I will be a lifelong supporter! Suvie saves me so much time and still gives me the best meals, like I spent all day preparing! Love love love my Suvie

I really like Suvie. It’s been very convenient and my family has liked most of the meals we have tried. Overall a big time saver. I have had good experiences with customer service on the few occasions I have had questions.

My very first shipment and the box arrived damaged and very. There was zero dry ice inside the box (which is why the box was all wet). I did go to customer service and talked to Arabella and she made it right with a credit. It was just very disappointing. My very first shipment was damaged.

Recent customer service experience has been great. There was a window where it was very slow, almost non existent and was terrible.

The Suivie robot oven shipping fast but the food were not. Customer service answered all my questions.

Great food and easy to operate the unit

I ordered a Suvie machine and vacuum sealer with bags, and despite being told the missing items had arrived at the warehouse, I have still not received my order or a refund. The delay is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution.

I’ve tried several meal service plans, but this one is the one I’m staying with. The food is excellent with a great variety, the price is comparable, and I love the customer service. I highly recommend both the oven and the meals!

Fast food on the way home because I don't have anything for dinner. I rarely go to the grocery store, just for milk and fruit. Due to this two plus's I am also saving money!!!

I love this appliance so much and it has made my cooking life so much easier. I highly recommend.

Love the oven, kind of like the food, hate the customer service. Also timing on deliveries. I absolutely need to know when it is shipped and when it is supposed to be delivered. Did not get the email say it shipped. It says shipped in the details online but turns out that isn’t actually when it ships. Stop being confusing. If it has not shipped don’t say it is.

I dislike the time between order placement, charging, and shipping. There is no warning on when an order will ship or be delivered. The last two shipments arrived with the dry ice completely melted and the food starting to thaw. There needs to be more positive contact with customers on when an order is being placed, and when selections can be adjusted, and by all means, a better way to give the customer a delivery schedule. If I had been out of town, which happens, the entire delivery would have been ruined.

Love this food, and the Suvie is great

Food is excellent delivery is perfect, find that it is a bit pricey, but I have always said, you get what you pay for
