It is a game changer! Truly convenient and they actually respond to questions online. Protein options are great but sides and veggies are really limited. Price of meals is a bit too high, but really the convenience of it is worth it.

Excellent customer service team. I appreciate the fact that when something goes wrong your team does everything possible to make it right as soon as they can.

We love Suvie meals. Easy to order.

Suvie has literally been life changing! The meals are great and there are a lot of options that my kids will eat too (age 4 and 6). It takes away a lot of the stress of not only figuring out what to eat but trying to shop for the ingredients. You can program whatever time you want dinner to be ready so we have food ready to go when we get home from sports and don't have to mess around with cooking when we are all tired. On top of all of that clean up is super easy because you just throw the two pans in the dishwasher!

I love the easiest of the machine. I love the fact that I can put the meal in at 6 AM and it will be done later at the time I chose. The machine keeps it frozen and safe till cooking time. The meals are delicious!

Our family has been using Suvie for 6 months. It's been really helpful for weeknight meals. We haven't been bored with the meal options and everyone has their own favorites. The appliance is also useful on its own - we use it as an air fryer, and for quick bake/broils.

I love my Suvie. The ability to schedule meals ahead of time to be ready when I want them is such a game changer. I enjoy both the Suvie meals and using my own ingredients (it makes great cheesecake!). Love also that there is virtually no pre-heat time for baking, unlike my regular oven. Such a time saver!

All of the fish/seafood is very fishy. The prime rib is unrecognizable and most of the vegetables are peppers and onions. I would think that the outrageous prices they charge for "upgraded" food is actually upgraded but it's definitely not. Most definitely not worth the money for meals and the scanner on the suvie never worked. I do like the convenience of the oven itself though that's why I gave it a 4.

Takes forever shipping out the oven, constantly trying to send out meals before the oven arrives that you need to cook them. Then find out the oven will not work if it doesn't have water and the water system is so badly designed that the unit was useless upon arrival. Now playing back and forth games with their support trying to get the thing repaired or replaced. At almost 3 times the cost of their competitors I would have thought things would be far better then this. But I will definitely be going back to their competitors and telling everyone they can't run away fast enough.

My Suvie works great and the meals are delicious. Surprised us how good it cooks from frozen!

I purchased a refurbished 3.0,but they left out the power cord .I called them and it was sent about a week later.
The appliance itself is good,however, the downside is is that you pretty much have to use their pans.The 2 cooking compartments are small like literally the size of a loaf pan .

We are enjoying our Suvie so much! It's great for quick meals or when we're out for the day, enjoying our retirement and want to return home to a meal!

I have contacted Suvie support twice to ask relatively minor questions about the operation of my Suvie. Both times the response was prompt and efficient. i was contacted by a live, native Engllish-speaking, knowledgeable person who listened carefully, asked the right questions, provided thorough and effective solutions to my issue and followed up to be sure the situation was resolved.

Easy to prepare. Generally tastes delicious. Makes me feel we will always have a good dinner without much effort, and while I’m doing other things.

Ordered 2 of the stuffing with herb and garlic which they removed from my order which is for Thanksgiving, and when I called them they said that they could not fulfill that due to lack of ingredients.It was in my cart before they took it out at least notify your customer.I am trying to understand this as they should be prepared for multiple order for Thanksgiving.

Tried to take advantage of a $300 discount. Got to check out and it rings up full price. Backed out, went through all of it again, same thing. Sent the order through thinking it was a glitch in their sales page, sent a screenshot to customer service and assumed i could get help. Instead, they were basically like “oh sorry, you didn’t click the button that said you wanted $300 off snd 16 free meals. Nothing we can do.” Excuse me? I clicked on the selection that contained that. You’re telling me you hid another button somewhere obscure that you hope people won’t see so you scam them out of $300 and 16 meals? That’s fraud. Stay away from this company and their shady business practices.

The Suvie cooker is just fantastic! I love the easy meal prep, ability to schedule and variety of cook types and options. Customer service is great, with real people assisting. The app is top notch! Now, sometimes shipping can be a little slow, but, the Suvie team has always made it right, and they can't control the shippers...

The orders tend to take longer than what is planned.

I am not a cook in any sense of the word. My wife has lovingly fulfilled that task for many years. However, she is now disabled, and the responsibility of meal preparation has become mine. (At 79 years old, I do not plan on trying to learn how to follow recipes.) I have tried several prepared meal services in the last year or so and found them very convenient and nicely put together, but they often lacked freshness. When I saw the Suvie website, I admit I was skeptical. Nevertheless, I decided to try the Robot Cooker. The return policy of 100 days was also very reasonable, so I saw no reason not to.

The meals involved very few preparation steps and minimal cleanup afterward, but the convenience of touch-screen auto programming for meal times with fresh ingredients intrigued me. There was a short period of adjustment on my part in getting used to following a new system of instructions, but once I got the routine down, it was quite simple. What my wife and I appreciate most about the meals is their freshness. The ingredients are of high quality, and the meal selections are well-chosen.

My only wish is that I had another Robot Cooker so I could have the capacity to prepare 8 meals simultaneously and occasionally host friends for dinner as we used to. I would like to treat them to a fresh, tasty Suvie meal.
