Sophie is a brilliant physio - she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping her clients. I’ve been seeing her for 3 years with all different types of running & triathlon injuries and niggles, which she has always been able to remedy within a few sessions. She is so kind and cares deeply for helping her clients recover from injury and excel in their training.

I initially booked my first consultation with Sophie around February as I had pulled my quad which had affected my training for the London Marathon.

From the very start, I could tell that Sophie was very knowledgeable, experienced and truly wants the best outcome for all of her clients.

After Sophie’s analysis, she explained exactly which mobility and strengthening exercises to incorporate into my training to help with treating my quad.

Thanks to Sophie’s rehabilitation program, I ran the London Marathon injury-free last Sunday!

Easy to see availability and book an appt online. Nice studio. Professional service, legs felt great post massage, ironed out any pre marathon niggles.

I saw Sophie for the first time 13 days ago. I was very concerned about not being able to run the London marathon. She is knowledgeable, professional and so kind. Left her tonight reassured and ready to face my 11th marathon. So thankful.

Sophie is a very well informed therapist. My first session commenced with a thorough discussion of what the issue was and then she did various massage and mobilisation, all the while informing me of the purpose and ensuring I was comfortable with anything she was doing. The follow-up was a shorter session but with no less detail and provided examples of how to avoid the issue again in future.

I was recommended to come here by a friend initially for a leg injury caused by running and was so impressed with the treatment received that any form of pain I experience through sports they will be always be my first port of call. I have recently had treatment for a tennis elbow with Sophie. Her professionalism and knowledge is second to none and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Sophie was great, very clear and helpful throughout our appointments and very knowledgeable about what makes runners tick and how to best help them.

I have regular maintaince session's with Sophie to keep my body in top condition.

I view my sessions as an investment to prevent me from injury, which for is very important for my running and CrossFit.

I can’t recommend these guys strongly enough. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and lovely. They make you feel completely comfortable knowing you are getting the best possible treatment.
You leave feeling better and they are always helpful sending you home with after care for you continue your treatment.

I have been back many times with different alignments not only through sports and always had exceptional service, these guys would always be my first call.

Sophie is great, lovely, kind and very professional. I highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Sophie now for a couple of years. From the word go I was so impressed with how professional she was, how vast her knowledge is and she’s very friendly instantly putting her clients at ease.
As a runner I’ve definitely had my fair share of niggles over the years which have caused me great anxiety!!
Sophie initially helped me with a lower back issue and I feel she now knows my body so well. She has identified my weak areas and I feel she is so beneficial to me now as I train for my next marathon.

I’m confident that if any new issues pop up during training Sophie will identify them early on which will be crucial. With her valuable advice and guidance on the correct exercises to perform at home I know everything will be ok and that I’m in the best hands!!

I can't recommend SV sports therapy highly enough. As a runner that has had a fair share of injuries I have seen other physios, and without much success. With Sophie's treatment and exercise plans I was able to completely get over a persistent tendonitis in the middle of a marathon training program whilst barely cutting back the training.

I've been seeing Sophie for a few months now and my shoulder pain has improved. She talks to me about what is most realistic to fit in to my schedule, which may seem small but makes a difference to whether the exercises get done.

As an endurance runner I know how important it is to take care of my biggest asset (my body). I use SV Sports Therapy not only when niggles occur but also for preventative maintenance such as sports massages. The team are experts in their fields, with a specialist at hand for all of the needs of an athlete that runs upwards of 100 miles a week.

I received a number of treatments to aid the recovery to an ankle sprain as well as issues with my sacroiliac and ITB. The team at SV Sports Therapy are incredibly professional and immensely knowledgeable.
During each visit, I found the assessments and treatment itself very thorough with great results. The after care and recommendations to self support at home were also amazing.
I wouldn’t go to any other Sports Massage therapists. Highly recommended.
