This was my first interaction with Swaggle and it was very easy. I ordered an 18kg bag of dog kibble on-line which was uncomplicated, with delivery scheduled within a decent time frame seeing as we live 3 hours from Melbourne CBD. To my delight, Swaggle exceeded their promise and delivered to our local Post Office 3 days early !! Can't complain about that :)

Prices are good esp when on sale but very hit and miss with delivery times so you need to plan ahead. If purchasing items need within a week - go elsewhere.
Last parcel received packed poorly causing breakage and spill though box. Seeking refund on that item. They responded quickly and are replacing - customer service quick!

Extremely poor performance and customer service- blamed a public holiday that occurred 10 days before my purchase as the reason for the delay in delivery. Pathetic excuses dilute customer satisfaction extremely quickly and lack of awareness is key to business success.

I did a DEEP dive into the cost of puppy food for the latest addition to our family and swaggle came out hands down the best value with free shipping too. Petbarn came out cheaper on the grain free fish version so it would be nice to see consistency on being best value across the product range but thanks for offering good value for what I did buy.

The items are well priced. But the delivery has take more then 10 business days, I ordered September 30th, they took days to process the order and it’s due on either 10th or 13th of October. I would never had placed the order in the first place if I knew it would take so long.

I placed my order on September 25. It is now October 7 and a search tells me I can expect it tomorrow or the next day. It has been at the Australia Post facility in my town since Friday. Admittedly this was a long weekend, but this not the first time I have waited two weeks to receive my order. Any savings I received have disappeared because in the meantime I had to purchase from the expensive pet store down the road. If delivery was better I would never shop anywhere else, but unfortunately I will have to.

It was our first order with Swaggle and they did not disappoint. The items were competitively priced and it was delivered swiftly. Their webpage is easy to navigate and has Flybuys as well. I ordered Michu cat litter. Price was great much cheaper than the Micusite. Shipping was only one downside and that was the cost of shipping. What I saved on the product was wasted on shipping.
