I sent in my stranger things poster back in 2023.i have Joseph Quinn and David harbour already on it
So I paid for Winona, Sadie, Joe and Natalie
I received an email 4days ago from swau sayings they have lost my poster. But are willing to pay for it but nothing else. I spent just under 600quid and they aren't giving me it back! Not sure what to do ?
I won't send in anything again

Great experience,my items were handled with care! Had a Tom Hiddleston tesseract signed - I love it so much and it is on display in my office. Definitely am recommending to my friends. I have my eye on and hope to purchase soon a Gal Gadot item!

Sent SWAU two comic books to get signed and then shipped to CGC for grading. Both books came back in Excellent condition due to the Fantastic packaging done by SWAU!
I also received my signatures in the color I requested with the pen I supplied!
I’ve used SWAU before for signatures and will continue to due so, they’re are EXCELLENT!!!

SWAU has been my go to destination for autographs. They offer a wide variety of photos for signing pre-orders, as well as a wide selection for in stock autographs. Every autograph I've received from SWAU has been very well packed and always arrives safely. Their auctions are a great way to obtain unique autographs and I look forward to the monthly auctions. They offer authentication add-ons to items won through auction at a discounted rate which is great. I highly recommend SWAU.

I'm more than happy and pleased to have what is so far the top of my collection, directly from SWAU. They're reliable, and they responded quickly to each of my questions and concerns at the time of my purchase.

After 2years of waiting for an autograph I purchased from SWAU and after paying extra for an inscription, the item was sent back to me with smudges and the inscription was clearly written incorrectly and then someone just tried to erase it and it caused smudges. I'm disappointed no one reached out to tell me what happened. I contacted the company and got no response. Provided images even. Seeing these other reviews tells me I am not alone with the dissatisfaction with product and response from the company.

Company's response finally after the review was left.

"Unfortunately, we do not offer compensation for minor damages, as items go through multiple handling and shipping processes, and we are unable to track exactly when or how such imperfections may have occurred."

It's obvious and blatant when the smudges happened (in SWAU's care) because it was in a hard case that someone there placed it in after it was written on incorrectly! (duh)

The inscription was written wrong...did that happen during shipping and handling and through the hard case their staff placed it in as well? Are they unable to determine that?

It's a total rip off by a customer service that represents the company as an unethical, disreputable company that is in no way remorseful for how poorly they treat their customers. You can see other reviews, I'm not the only one. I do not recommend using them.

I'm telling you DO NOT TRUST OR USE these people.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the orders placed. My send-in item was returned damaged, and one send-in item lost (with no refund still)

After waiting two years, also received item back unsigned, without any prior notice or explanation.

The resolution offered so far has been a refund accompanied by delayed responses, with no compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. This level of service is unacceptable.

I had a gift card that I wanted to use, and found the photo that that I had to have. SWAU always packs their items carefully, and I’ve never had a problem with my purchases.

The subscription service is overpriced for what it is. Dollar bin remnants. I stayed on several months too long waiting for something decent. Hard pass.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the final price and shipping cost. Bobby was a professional in explaining it to me and providing help.

No issues, did a send in, it may take some time but they get it done.

I absolutely love SWAU!! They have the coolest items and a great selection of autographs. I really love the $1 no reserve auctions as I have scored quite a few signatures for a fraction of the price.

I waited two years for my Sadie sink autograph when it arrived the autograph was completely smudged and illegible and written over in two different inks. It was completely ruined. When I contacted customer service. They said the best they could do is give me a 50% refund on the autographed Ruined item. The situation is still not resolved.

The items are always guaranteed authentic and backed 100% by the company for life. I have also never experienced better customer service ANYWHERE else, ever. The items I buy are always packaged the best possible way and arrive in a timely manner
