This casino is awful and support is even worse. I have now been waiting 6 weeks for a redemption of 100 dollars. This was not free money or free plays, I deposited to play here. Customer service tells me the same thing each time I contact them.

They refused to pay out my winnings citing bonus abuse, then deleted my account. Every reputable casino handles this situation in a better way.
Had to chargeback to get my money back, which didn't even appear on my bank statement as sweeplasvegas, because this site also engages in transaction laundering.
STAY AWAY

Well I see why they have such negative reviews. After over 2 months and countless times reaching out to get the same bs response everyone else has written about, I FINALLY received my $1300 payout. I had pretty much written that off as a loss, but they finally came through

They refuse to pay players. They never reply in a timely fashion. Every reply from their customer service is the exact same. They are just like The Money Factory in every regard, and should be shut down for taking money from players and never paying them in return. That is theft.

I have been trying to get a redemption since December. I have been given every excuse possible. Chalking this one up to a lesson learned and contacting the CFPB.

Still waiting on a redemption of $500 from 2/11 and it’s now 2/18. I do NOT recommend playing on this site. After multiple emails, I’ve been told it’s “in queue”. Play literally anywhere else.

Definitely seems like a scam. Redeem sent on feb 5th and still haven’t been processed. Got one support message back saying “sorry for the delay but they've been having a huge amount of redemptions”. Just seems sketchy in general. Only will be a 3 star minimum review if they pay out

Update: they did pay out. It was a few weeks late, but regardless they did pay me

People you would have to be a fool to give these folks a dime after reading all these reviews and the few that are positive probably came from someone who works there. They DO NOT PAY!!! Sorry, but my experience has been so horrible that I had to write a review.

These withdraws aren’t being paid out and many of us have put money into your sweepstakes casino.

I’m not really sure where you will go from here but I’m very much hoping you can send all the withdraws you owe.

Tried to redeem. Sat pending for about 7 days. Support reaches back out and says they're working on a new withdrawal system, to cancel my redemption and resubmit via the new system. The new system did not work. It would say "redemption submitted!" and my coins would just still be in my account... I tried like 10 times. They told me sorry for the inconvenience, try to redeem via crypto. I said I do not have crypto, I know nothing about crypto currency and I'm not about to go teach myself about crypto currency to make my redemption more convenient for YOU guys. Mind you, each interaction has about 3-4 days in between e-mails because they're so slow. then suddenly they email me back saying "Please note you need to select debit card option." HUH????????????? After all of that? THIS is your response?! Yeah that was THE LITERAL FIRST THING I DID?????? I'm SO angry it's ridiculous this platform is so stupid

My redemption has been pending for over a week and a half. I’ve emailed support several times and received no response. There is no way to open a support ticket, only an email address that appears inactive. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend this platform.

Worse site to ever play ! I did a redemption on January 6 2026 almost a month ago and still no redemption they do not write back am currently in the process of filing a law suit so they will be shut down really soon ! Scam artist at it best ! DO NOT PLAY!!!

This "casino" is the biggest pile of 💩. They WILL NOT payout, and they will ban your account for no reason and withhold all your funds in your account. Worst sweeps casino I have ever played on by ALOT. These guys are stealing/keeping people's money illegally. DO NOT play here, worst mistake I've ever made. Not to mention the whole website is janky af, clearly a poor excuse for a "casino". Spend your money elsewhere, these thieves will just keep it. I had hundreds in my account that I hadn't even played through yet and they banned my account for no reason and kept every bit of it. Really wish I would have came here to see all the 1 star reviews and everyone else's horror stories before I spent any money with them.

Well I tried to just simply update and edit my other post from 2 days ago because just to keep a timeline I guess and for some reason even though I can see it in the list of reviews at the casinos site here, it's not in my list of reviews when I flip through them so just updating they finally did get back to me and asked me for my crypto address remember because the card redemption apparently failed and so I gave him my crypto address and I said can I get an outlook on time and estimation. And they replied as stated before and let me tell you I my whole face got red. But they continue to say it would be between today and tomorrow and this was yesterday on a Friday of course so the next day today still nothing. I'm pretty certain they're going to reply on Monday saying well we met tomorrow the next business day even though they didn't mention that in the email and I have just this definite assumption that it's not going to go through they're not going to do it. If the redemption ever goes through I'll post another review to advise that the redemption was actually processed but at this point I don't really have any faith in this casino. I hope they prove me wrong especially since they sent the email saying it would be between today and tomorrow yesterday they advise that so in the very least carry out what you advise. In the event that something happens and you can't carry it out surely you can send an email justifying and rationalizing or excusing why it's not going through but I mean it won't make me happier but at least it'd be something. At least it'd be a step in the right direction versus what they're doing so far. I had somewhat of a similar experience with free spin casino but they did at least finally issue my redemption so at this point this casino is even worse than them. Why even have an online casino if you can't do it right

DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE!!!!!They will not pay your winnings. I have been waiting for a redemption since 12/18. They said "instant redemption" to bank account but that is a lie. I have written to them and they keep feeding me the same line that I am in queue to be paid but they have so many redemptions that they have like a backlog so my next move is to contact the consumer financial protection bureau.
