So January 2nd trying to get my redemption and emailed them asking you know hey is it faster to do crypto versus the card and if I cancel is that going to start me all over in the process so of course they told me it would start me all over so I was approved for the redemption . However they said that they were having trouble with their card redemption process thing and to cancel that redemption and put it in as a crypto redemption. Of which I did cuz I was like that's crazy I specifically asked you if it would you know which one would be quicker and long story short I resubmitted it as crypto and haven't heard anything from them since because they said I would get an email asking for the crypto address of which that time I would send them the crypto address and they would process the redemption right then but I have not received that triple A whatever email stating to send my crypto address and I have sent emails asking hey why is this taking so long and I've got nothing other than sending it I guess to the wrong sweeps Las Vegas email because it's not their finance department is what they told me and I'm getting the feeling like they're just bs ing me all the way. It's really irritating it's just for $100 but for some reason you can't get them to respond and you you don't get very far with these people and it's definitely not quick like it says on their side more like instant redemption 3 to 5 days that is a lie that is a lie and if it's 3 to 5 days then you need to consider that they're going to tell you oh sorry your system failed you need to try this other process cuz I see after reading the reviews now that they have done this to other people so you would think that they would take that option down at that option keeps failing right but they don't so here I am interest pilot because I'm really tired of getting jerked around and if they make the redemption go through I'll consider taking this review down but until then I would not go through these people because so far it is a big disappointment

Redemption does take a while I have…

Redemption does take a while I have been waiting since Dec 4th. But today they sent a email saying the apt process failed to send my Crypto address ask the send it expedite and send it manually. Hoping to receive it within the next couple hours will bump to a 5 star if payment comes after long wait.
Custom service does always answer all my emails. The site seems legit.

Quality Game Selection, Great Bonuses, Ugly Website

I feel compelled to write this due to the surprising amount of 1 star reviews. Newer sweepstakes casinos typically have slower redemptions and stricter rules than the bigger names, and that’s been true here. However, this one actually tries to make up for that by offering a generous amount of free SC daily, having several live dealer games, and only requiring a 1x play-through on bonuses.

That said, the website feels dated and clunky, and the redemption process is not automated. Waiting several weeks for a payout is extremely frustrating when many others can pay within 24 hours.

Most important point: they do pay. I’ll update this review if my experience changes.

All of the sudden, I cannot log into my account. It says external error. I just emailed support. Doubt I'll get a response, but hey, if I do, I'll change up the stars.

I'm not gonna bother support until the 2nd if something hasn't changed will give 5 stars if something happens as far as my obtaining my money cause the casino is great games are fun and I hit on a daily spin .20 turned into 100. These people are scam artists

These people are scam artists. Do not give them your money. They say that they are a free sweepstake casino but in their terms of service they say your only allowed to cashout 100 sc coins apparently only once on freeplay unless you purchase their coins. This part is true because I did cash out but then I won on their freeplay again. 400 sc!!!!. I put the redemption in and they completed in the transactions bar as being successful but yet I never received my funds. So then I sent an email and they informed me that I wouldn't be getting any of my winning cause I had not purchased anything. I said that they had cashed me out before with no problems and they said had I made a purchase they would gladly give me my winnings but not until then. So what my 400 that I won I free play that you gave me just dissappear and I don't get anything. Why would I waste my time playing your games on freeplay that you gave me just to not get anything at all. I told them I'd make a purchase if it meant receiving my funds. So I have and still no funds. It's like they are just gone. I didnt play in gold coins mode I played in SC mode so I expect when I win on free play that you provided to be given what I won. I have way more important things to do with my time then to believe in a hoax that was never going to pay me. On top of that since the transaction said it was successful I had now counted on those funds and had put myself into a bit of a debt with my bank because I thought that extra money that had been deposited into my bank account were those funds. They were not and it was a mistake so now I have to put said money back into my bank. Don't give people false hope and don't tell people that if you make a deposit your restrictions would be lifted without actually giving them what's technically theirs cause yall know full well that since I made a purchase you will never let me win again on your platform even thoughi won't ever give you the satisfaction of taking my money or my information ever again. Waste of time completely. Why don't yall go back to where ever you came from.

FULL BLOWN SCAM

I deposited and played for a little while $20 welcome package to $140. I submitted and passed through the KYC process. They said I violated their terms the next day and my account was banned.

When I tell you all I did was deposit play for an hour and try to cash out, no lie. I’ve never seen anything like this.

I asked what I policy I had violated and received no response. I also asked for details surrounding my play log and received no response.

Seems like a win/win for this casino, take your money but never pay out anyone lol. They are based out of Curaçao, so I guess that means they are licensed to run Scams.

In a few minutes it'll be 16 days since…

In a few minutes it'll be 16 days since I've put in my redemption. I have reached out to support so they can process my redemption, but they either:
1.) Don't answer
OR
2.) Tell me that they're "busy" with other requests
If I don't get a response back soon and/or my redemption doesn't process, they will be getting submitted as a fraudulant site.

Worthless, rude, and criminals

Horrible sweeps casino, truly do everything to make your blood boil. Theyve been messing around with my winnings for over a week now, support is both rude and lazy to get back a simple answer. can tell they really don't give a damn that they lost and need to payout, cuz that's how it works. They're a joke and will go under if haven't already. It's so frustrating to deal with these bum casinos who try to make it as difficult as they possibly can to get what you earned fairly. They snuff out your deposits in a instant butstuggle to put any redemption money on that same card you used to deposit, I'm sick of these guys and they need to be investigated. don't play with em, theres much better trusted sweeps casinos who are respected and responsible.

I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt

I’m giving them 5 stars and the benefit of the doubt for now. The site has been great so far and communication is 0 from support. I have faith they will do the right thing and redeem my $505 “instant” bank redemption and will update the review based on the outcome. All verifications have been completed, on the site and through email. If they don’t comply, formal complaints for Digital Entertainment Development LLC (sweeplasvegas.com) to the BBB, the Gaming commission, and an attorney consultation will follow. Will keep yall posted, and update the review as to how I was treated

I would put a negative star if I could me and my roommate have been playing on this site for months, putting money into it and playing on it, I actually won for the first time yesterday on the site and they are banned me and are not going to pay me my winnings after they've taken my money and after her and I have been playing on the site, stating there's 2 accounts under the same IP.. falsely accusing me of having to account when they should do K.Y C in the beginning so they can avoid people putting money into a site that they will never get their winnings out of MB blocked.I am deblocked as of today.

SCAM...TOOK MY MONEY AND PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON

DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THIS SITE. They will ban you the second you try to withdraw or get ahead.

I just received a vague, automated email stating I am permanently suspended because my activity "doesn't align with the fair play spirit." They refused to provide a specific reason, cited no specific rule I broke, and gave me zero warning.

Conveniently, this suspension means they have confiscated my balance of 1400 SC. This isn't "fair play," this is theft. It seems like their standard operating procedure is to let you deposit, but ban you under vague terms when you actually want to play or redeem.

I am demanding my account be reinstated or my balance refunded immediately.

Update 12/1/25:
I have submitted a claim to the Better Business Bureau and Fraud and Consumer Protection Division of Delaware. No response yet from SLV, and I am still permanently banned.

Slow but pays

Signed up. Recieved my free coins. Played. Won, and was eventually paid. Although it took them about 10 days in total, I was paid. I submitted for a card withdraw and was notified roughly 9 days later telling me their ach transfer would be faster. Gave them the details and was paid within 24 hours.

Untrustworthy and Deliberately Deceptive—Stay Away

Sweep Las Vegas operates with blatant disregard for honesty and fair play. After depositing $899 and winning a sizable amount of sweep coins advertised as cash-redeemable, my account was quickly frozen without warning. Requests for payout went unanswered—despite dozens upon dozens of emails sent over several months, customer service ignored every attempt to resolve the situation.

What makes matters worse, they hide their financial tracks under random merchant names like “Digikey Budapest” and “Giftsrestored.com,” making it nearly impossible to dispute charges or know where your money ends up. The company claims to be fully licensed out of Curaçao, but direct checks with the gaming authority showed no trace of a valid license. It's all smoke and mirrors.

The sheer volume of identical complaints posted by other people online makes it clear this is not an isolated incident. Sweep Las Vegas seems to be intentionally structured to siphon money from unsuspecting users, with no intention of honoring redemptions or providing a real service. Their support channels amount to nothing more than auto-responses and empty promises.

From my experience and the experiences of countless others, this site is not a sweepstakes casino—it's a vehicle for systematic theft. Protect yourself: avoid Sweep Las Vegas entirely.

Absolute Theft Scam

Absolute Theft Scam! I play 30 social casinos and have never had this issue. They straight up steal from you on your first small redemption. They give you a welcome offer and if you get it to $100 they say you violated their terms and they are taking your money to promote fair play. So fair play is just them stealing from you. Please contact me if you want help with the arbitration clause. Do chargebacks if you have already deposited, and we are working to void their arbitration clause and force a class action. This is pure theft. So not okay here or at any of their sisters sites literally speed sweeps or rich sweeps.

So far I am shocked to read all these negative reviews as my experience was great from the start. Signed up, bought a promotional package and proceeded to play and won. I am waiting on my redemption as well and I have emailed them. I will patiently wait for a reply. I love their wide range of slots and rtp is excellent! I will definatley reccomend them. Also will comment when my redemption hits. DEC 1ST 2025. So I have to back peddle on my original review. They were responsive to me and assured me that my money was safe. I got about three emails from them in total and always during the middle of the night which made me suspicious. If they were in Delaware it would come during local business hours in the states. Anyway. I won a total of 4,200 off a 50 dollar promotional first time sign up package. But just like everyone else in here, it never got paid out. Just kept saying that it was in que to be paid, be patient, they have a back log of people. And something about a new system. Anyway it's been a few weeks. Nothing. So yeah. I wasn't blocked but my winnings are just sitting there pending. So I've given up on the idea that I will see that in my account. Also never leveled up. I played about 30 thousand through consistently with that 4200 win. I kept playing and cashing out. I'm still at bronze status when I should be diamond or platinum status. Anyway I'm in California so this month and next month all online casinos have been banned here thanks to our crooked Governor who got paid off by the Indian casinos to shut them down in this state.
