Fantastic service from start to…
Fantastic service from start to finish!I recently hired a small van from Swindon Car & Van Rental and couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional, nice, and absolutely lovely to talk to. They made the entire rental process smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free. It’s rare to find such genuinely friendly and helpful customer service these days. The van was perfect for what I needed, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended!

These guys to the rescue
Today I was let down by a national competitor of SC&V (it definitely wasn't Enterpise, nudge nudge wink wink) who messed me about for a pre-booked, pre-paid hire this morning.
I went to these guys instead, and literally within 10 minutes of arriving in reception I was driving away in the much needed van I was after from Enterprise.
Honestly, dead easy, gave them my driving license, showed a bank statement to prove address and off I went.
10/10 for Swindon Car & Van, really impressed. Cheers lads.

The van I received was unclean and had a strong garbage smell. Rubbish from the previous user was still inside, which indicates the vehicle wasn’t checked before use. This needs improvement.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the condition of the vehicle on collection — this is not the standard we aim to provide. As discussed with you privately, thank you for giving us the opportunity to put things right. Your comments have been passed on to the team to help prevent this happening again.
