I’ve had a few technical problems between Switchd and my supplier in the past but these have been resolved which is good because Switchd recommended I stay with my current supplier.

Switchd changed my dual fuel supplier back to Outfox to ensure I was still receiving the cheapest fuel prices available, they do all the hard work and I just pay less. What’s not to like!

Poor Communication
Poor Communication, I had to chase them to find out what my renewal deal was, and didn't receive confirmation until the day after it was done. Ended up renewing with my existing supplier, made me wonder what I was paying them for!
