BUYERS BE OF FRAUD! If you even receive your order it won’t be the item viewed. Much Much smaller and not as pictured. CONTACT INFO is a joke. Email will be a computer generated message that wants you to download an App to track package, and you’ll have to pay for the tracking info. Wait! WTF! DON’T GET SCAMMED BY this company. Also there are multiple sites selling the same products under different names. Goopearls is one of them.

Salazar ripped me off when purchasing 2 hanging baskets of flowers and 2 hanging baskets of ferns. They sent me 2 small twigs of flowers and 2 small twigs of ferns. I asked for a refund and they said they would give me 15% back and I said that was unexceptable and that I wanted 100% of my money back. They responded the next day and offered me 20%. I told them that I was going to report them for fraud too the BBB bureau and my credit card company as fraud. They did not respond.

I just got my so called floral hanging basket. NOT. I got a small thin box that has one spring plastic flower. This is a total rip off. Bad company to deal with. this is a scam if I ever saw one.

Ordered 2 flowers at 20$ each and got a 99cent flower instead. I have complied by emailing pictures and shipping label and now they wont answer me. What a scam. Do not buy from them

Complete scam. Advertised as a picture of a full, vibrant hanging plant. Photos are a complete lie. Received 2 stems of cheap flowers you could get at a dollar store for$2.00. WARNING: Dishonest SCAM. Do not fall for it! If I could have given negative stars, I would have.

Product description is wrong. You're better off staying away from this website. They need to ban this website or shut down asap. They will try their best not to refund your mASAP. Its all a scam

COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Same as the rest of the reviewers - when I contacted the company, they started with a 15% refund, then increasing 5% everytime I emailed back - we're now up to 50%. I've told them enough! I want ALL my money back. And I asked for a free return shipping label - why would I return products to Indonesia when it was shipped from - somewhere in the USA. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. My total order was $71.14 - What an idiot I was! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENT. For the $15 I paid for the artificial petunias I could have gotten a much better and bigger flowers at the Dollar Store for $1.50. BUYERS - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

This is a SCAM to say the least. I didn't even want to give it 1 star but it wouldn't let me write the review without giving it one. I too was mislead by the ad showing a woman receiving a large box & opening it and receiving a large hanging basket. I couldn't decide what color so I ordered 2. One in pink & one in purple. What I received was 2 sprigs - one in pink & one in purple. When I contacted them for a refund & told them their ad was misleading, I was told, that the baskets were props to show what you could do with their product. They told me to keep the product & they would refund my card 20% after back n forth, we are now up to 45%. I just sent another email and said that I would be returning them to the address listed on their website (some place in Washington State) - even though they said Indonesia. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as my credit card company to dispute the charges. I'm keeping all of my emails as well. I noticed that there is an ad for another company advertising artificial flowers under a different name - though I'm certain it is the same company - so be warned that they are more than likely using a different name. Time to shut this company down & be forced to return the money they took from all of us.

I would rate them with zero stars if I could. To those of you having ordered one item and received another of lesser value (Bait and Switch) such as a bushy flower and you received stems you can start with contacting Consumer Sentinel Network Complaint Assistant. This will help the FTC track this deceptive merchant. Also, I disputed my purchase with Apple. Apple will prompt you to answer questions as to why you are disputing the transaction. Apple will conduct an investigation on your behalf. The address on the web for this company is listed as 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801. I would suggest sending anything to this scammer be sent certified mail this way you will get a return slip stating they received it and who signed for it.

I really didn't want to give any stars! The pictures shown in the ads are miss leading. It shows a lady pulling out a large bouquet from a box. I ordered 2 and got a couple of sprigs that I might could use in my hair as decorations-no joke! And don't look for a way to return anything for a refund - you won't find it. My TWO came in a SMALL plain white box with a generic return name.

This company scams their customers, they say their products r from the US n then when u want to return the item they let u know they r from Indonesia. They r refusing to send me a full refund. I purchased a floral arrangement n all I got was 2 stems that I can purchase at the Dollar Tree store. I’ve been going back n forth with Eva n shes still is lying to me. I put a complaint with the BBB n I’m putting in another one for their fraud.

Absolute garbage!!! DO NOT ORDER!!! Large bouquet basket is a tiny sprig with 8 flowers about 6 inches tall! I could do much better at the dollar store. Read the reviews, PLEASE! I feel as if I have been robbed! I've asked for a refund, $38+ for 2 "huge bouquets". We'll see. They say full refund X 2. From other reviews, I have to question this.

Scam isn't even the correct word I want to use. $60 for Dollar tree sprigs! I should have know, but $60 is allot of money for some of us. Trying to get your money back is a joke.

Do not buy a scam! I am very disappointed with my order. Just like other customers I only received strig. I’m and waiting for my refund and nothing yet.

Their pictures and videos show beautiful large flower arrangements. What you get is a few measly little stems with a few flowers. VERY deceiving. They don't reply to emails and don't provide easy returns.

I hope this place gets shut down. Ordered big flower pots with high cascading flowers and received little twigs that look like they came from the dollar store! Big ripoff! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Stay away from this rip off company. I ordered two hanging baskets and again got two little sprigs.of flowers. They are nothing like what I ordered and not even the right color. The advertisement shows you get a big box with a beautiful hanging basket. This is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen and customer service is horrible. They won’t even give me the address to send them back and only offer to discount my order by 15% big deal. Do not order from these people.

This company is a complete joke and I woefully regret ordering from them! The item I received does not at all resemble the item I requested by any stretch of the imagination! I paid for two lovely full hanging baskets; what I got was two little sprigs that can fit into a bud vase. Quite the scam they have going on! So beware and stay away!!!
