Be aware of scam ! Ordered from their website two weeks ago. Thought I was ordering a large hanging floral basket, as appears on their site and video, for $15.99. Paid extra $6.99 for delivery. Took 10 days for product to arrive. Not a hanging basket, only one sprig of plastic flowers in a box the size of a typical carton of cigarettes, delivered from some company I've never heard of. Though they promised 100% refund on their site, they offered 10% refund when I complaint.
Buyers be aware of complete false advertising and scam of this company. Too bad, it is still on going.
Do NOT order from this company.

Scam company i wished I would have checked reviews first. One tiny, flower.

I will never order from this company again . They advertise an item and send something different. Their confirmation says if expectation is not met by customer , they will refund 100%. I have been trying for days to get a refund, all they offering me is 15%. They are a misleading, false advertisement company. Do not order from them.

Please don't buy anything from these crooks! The most deceptive advertising ever. Total rip off! I spent $40 on a nickel's worth of cheap plastic flowers, then they offered a 15% refund. I managed to get them up to 20% and got to keep the crappy flowers. I repeat....Don't be fooled. These people are the worst!!

We ordered the hanging baskets and where totally scammed did not get the hanging baskets but got three flower sprigs buyers be warned you will NOT get what you ordered

I was also scammed by their false advertisement of their hanging baskets. I too received two dollar store twigs of flowers for the sale price of $25-$30. The company also advertises 100% satisfaction or full refund. This is completely inaccurate. They refuse to give you their address to return items and after several email exchanges, they offered a 15% refund, then 20% refund and lastly a 40% refund. Do not get scammed by this company, avoid them.

WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!! Ad clearly shows a woman opening a big box and pulling out a huge hanging basket of beautiful flowers - when MY box came, it was the size of a pencil box and inside was a narrow stick with a few plastic flowers on it. I was furious and contacted them and they responded with this-
“Please be advised that the video on our website and in the advertisement is for demonstration purposes only, showing the visual effect and assembly method for your reference.
We recommend that you assemble the product using a hanging basket, just as shown by the customer in the video. However, please note that our product does not come with the hanging basket. that the video was showing how to arrange these flowers and does not include the basket.”
So, no refund!!! Dispute their “100% guaranteed” refund! ALSO beware that this very same scam video is on 15 different ads from different companies on Facebook, etc. hyping its American made but all come from China.

This company deserves zero stars. I wish I had read the reviews before I ever ordered . I usually do and I didn’t this time and I’m kicking myself for it. It’s a rip off for real ! Do NOT order from this company! They should be ashamed of misleading customers like this! 😡

Yup, I’m just another disappointed customer. Like the other reviewers, believed I was getting large 3ft. hanging baskets full of flowers and got dollar store sprigs and payed $30/each!!! They are a scam…plz don’t buy anything from them….better business bureau will be hearing from me.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

If I could give a zero that’s what they deserve. Their advertisement is misleading and deceitful. You are not receiving a full basket of flowers. You get one pathetic branch. They claim easy return and refunds, NOT TRUE!

This is a scam! The products you receive are so small and they don't look like anything they advertise. My poor mom wanted these flowers so bad and when they were delivered she was so sad that someone would take advantage like that. They should not be in business they are a fake company. The email address for returns cannot be found and it is returned by mailer drank as non existing. 30 day money back is a lie! You can't get an address or a person to return it to. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I ordered 4 hanging baskets of artificial flowers and after over a month of waiting I got a small box of 3 cheaply made artificial flowers. Dollar Store has a better product. I am trying to get a refund and they are only offering a 10% discount IF I send the cheap flowers back to Indonesia for a steep shipping cost which they may or may not give me a refund. This company is bogus and I cannot believe they are allowed to be on a social media site scamming people! Buyer beware...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This company is a total scam they show huge baskets of flowers only to send pathetic sprigs you can buy for a dollar . Sorry I did not look up reviews . Total false advertisement Stay Away!

Oh my I wish I had found this site before I ordered. For $25 I received a single stem of cheap plastic flowers that would not have filled a single rose vase let alone a basket as their photos display. Don’t order from here!!!

Scammed like the others by purchasing a petunia basket and getting a stem. Using video that shows lush hanging basket of flowers. They are horrible to deal with when you want a refund. Dollar tree has better stems. So upset that I fell for this. DO NOT BUY from them!!!

The pictures of the product are nothing like what you receive. I ordered 3 of something, and they sent 1. I asked for a refund, and they gave me 4$ back when I spent 52$ on useless JUNK!! Do NOT order from this company.

Absolute false advertisement.

I only gave a 1 because there’s nothing lower. This is a joke of a store. They advertised a hanging pot full of flowers and sent me four short branches when I ordered four hanging pots. Then charged an inordinate amount for sticks. When I emailed, no one responded.

I ordered 3 hanging flower pots.i only received 1 damaged artificial flower stem.i spent 54.00 for something I could get for 1.25 at the dollar store.si I only recieved 1 damaged flower stem.ive been trying to get a refund and they keep trying to give me a discount 10%off ,then 20%iff then 30%off.i never even received my order only 1damaged product.i just need a refund.
