Synergee Fitness Equipment Canada Opiniones

I’ve been waiting for my order of 45 plates since June. I decided to change to the 35 plates. The customer service guru was very helpful and processed the change for me. She was very friendly and was great to deal with. Thanks for having such great customer service!

Let me start by saying the following comment, i NEVER write a review about any thing that i buy... but for this i just felt like i had too. first of all, all pieces were wraped seperately and each and one of them had sand or RUST inside of them. then there is the overall built of this rack, which is very unstable. The pulley system is juste straight up garbage ( not smooth at all ). honestly i could keep going on for a while but im gonna leave it at that. If it wasn't for the timing ( all gyms are closed in Québec ) i would ask for a refund but because of the situation im in, i just needed to get a piece of equipement asap. so if you read this review please don't but this piece of equipement. Save your money and buy something on rogue fitness or gorilla fitness. Yes you will pay more but you won't be throughing your money away like i did....

ordered a 90lb curl bar , and I was expecting a week maybe two for delivery, but it came in exactly 3 days !! .. As for the curl bar itself , well built great design and exactly like the one I use the gym. Great company hands down , and I absolutely look forward to making more purchases in the near future .. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK SYNERGEE!! 👍🏾👍🏾

Great quick response times and went over and above to provide a solution to my damaged EZ Curl bar that I did not expect. Will look to purchase again.

I have purchased many products from Synergee and i am always pleased!! Products are excellent (anytime gym peeps come to our garage gym they wonder where did we get it!). Games Barbells are awesome my favorite barbells ever! Only once did i have a problem and with one quick email the problem was solved. Great company to deal with! Keep up the great work Synergee :))

Excellent service from Synergee folks. There was a problem with the carrier at first, but Kelsey C., aka Customer Service Guru, jumped in and sorted everything out.
The Plyo Box I ordered went together easily with decent instructions included. There are a LOT of screws used. Therefore, I recommend an electric drill or screwdriver, unless you wish to consider manual turning of screwdriver to be an added workout for the day.

Always happy with the ease of use on the website, their customer service and the speediness of their delivery :)

Iheartsynergee is one of my go to @ home fitness equipment stores. They have everything you need at a competitive price. Great customer service on top of this, they can't be beat. Well Rogue has them beat, but I am not paying an arm and a leg!!

Super impressed with speed of delivery. Received my order the very next day! Strong communication on order status. Quality of the product was excellent and met all of my expectations.

I've just ordered the Swiss Barbell from you, I hope you will send me a text, informing me of the date & time I should be ready to receive it in person, via email or text on my phone in advance.

Everything that comes out of Synergee is amazing. From their customer service to their products I can’t say enough great things about them.

Equipment is of very high quality, and very well priced, the customer service and response time is exceptional, and it's a Canadian! I'll always buy Canadian, Rogue can kiss my Canadian cheeks eh

Great products! I wish there wasn't a 3 month wait on some of the products though 😢

great pricing and decent product selection. I just wish they had more available in stock. I am very happy with all the products Ive received from Synergee

The customer service team is really good and honest. Kelsey from Synergee has been wonderful and has helped me resolve any issues that I had related to delivery/damage via shipping/lost in transit.

But overall great resolution, quality, and pricing.

I found the website excellent: very well organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I currently have a 12kg kettlebell from Synergee (which I love!) and wanted a heavier one. I decided to get a 16kg this time, to provide more challenge after one year of training.

So far so good, lets see where this take us.

Always a pleasure doing business with you
