Gemma, was amazing. We kept changing a few things and nothing was too much trouble.

russell did a great job, gave me different options for dates and stay options at the resort i wanted to stay at. And gave me different suggestions for what might work well for me. Nothing too much trouble. Quick to reply to questions and gave me up dates where I needed them. Looking forward to booking again.

Russ was great throughout, he looked for different hotel options for us and then through the booking process and keeping us informed right up until we were ready to to on our holiday. He also checked in with us while we were away to make sure that everything was ok and the hotels were what we expected. Russell was superb. Requirements kept changing as organising my family is like herding cats, but it didn't phase him. He responded accordingly and provided lots of options and sorted everything (several times!) Thank you so much for your patience and finding us lots of options to choose from.

Hayley was amazing from start to finish. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She is always very helpful and communicates well. Our trip was fantastic and we didn't have to worry about a thing as Hayley had taken care of it all in advance.

Once again Hayley came up trumps for me sorting out a very last minute holiday. She gave me a couple of choices and I ended up going to Malia in Crete. She sorted everything in a few minutes and I went on holiday the next day.Cannot fault and would highly recommend :-)

What can I say. Another holiday booked with the amazing and very patient Hayley. This time the booking was for my daughters hen in 2024.
Hayley was helpful with the destinations, advice on tour operators, when booking for a hen party. I had not realised certain operators and hotels won’t allow hen or stag parties. She’s also gone the extra mile and checking additional information for us.
