Destinations Desired Opiniones

Russ was amazing from start to finish. I was picky about where I wanted to be & he was patient & understanding. He is very knowledgeable with well over 20 years in the Industry. Can’t praise him enough. Book with Russ and you won’t be disappointed by his service.

Russell Thompson from Sheffield looked after me from Destinations Desired. Whilst on holiday there was a problem with air traffic control on the return flight and very long delays. Russell sent me messages and kept me better informed than Jet2. He really cared and that is fantastic service in these automated days. I will definitely use this company again although Jet2 might not be my first choice anymore.

Destinations Desired provided us with a first class service in booking our TUI holiday this summer. Our stay at the Tesoro Blu Hotel in Kefalonia was superb, flights were great, and advice and recommendations pre booking were excellent. Communication pre, during and post stay was most reassuring and welcomed.

Hayley was amazing, really helpful, listened to what we were hoping to do and made some really helpful suggestions.

She was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service, can't thank Hayley enough.

Excellent communication from Gemma from start to finish. She was always available to answer any questions and secured us an excellent deal for our holiday at an unbeatable price. We booked a 2 bed apartment for 4 in a 3 star hotel in Cyprus with breakfast as we only use as a base and are out all day and like to sample local restaurants, bars and beaches. The quality of the accomdation and food esceeded our expectations for 3 star. The apartment was on 2 storeys with loads of space, an extra toilet downstairs, wine and fruit basket on arrival and Cypriot sweets left when we were leaving. The only downside was the unavailability of sun beds at the pool. However this isn’t unique to this accommodation and is down to other guests so is out of anyone’s control but I do think the reserving of sunbeds for hours on end and not being used is something that the travel industry in general should start to look at as I know some hotels have good policies in place? This didn’t spoil our holiday though as we prefer the Beach and sightseeing but an option sometimes would have been good? The staff were extremely helpful and the apartment was serviced daily. We will definitely be using Gemma and destinations desired for our next holiday. Thank you!

Very helpful and professional from start to finish. Added that personal touch.

We have recently booked our next holiday with Russ.

We recently booked a Florida holiday with Destinations Desired, and I can't say enough positive things about our experience. From start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations.

Firstly, their website was user-friendly and made booking very easy.
Their customer service was unmatched. Whenever I had a question regarding my holiday, it was answered within minutes and I had everything I required within plenty of time ahead of travelling.

During the trip, everything ran smoothly. The accommodation was fantastic, and our park tickets were conveniently added to my phone with ease.

Overall, I had a truly remarkable time with Destinations Desired. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.
