I wish I saw those reviews before I ordered somewhere end of sept/beginning of October. After multiple contacts with their 'customer service ' department now months later still nothing. DON'T BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. You won't get your product and you won't get your money back!

If I could give a 0, I would. These people are an absolute SCAM!! They will lie repeatedly about your order being on the way, but it will never come and they will not refund your money.

As many others have posted, I also ordered an advent calendar product end of October...several followups with TakeJourney generated responses, but always vague and to be patient, the order will get there. I live in Canada...the product was listed as German...so after 8 weeks (on their 'tracking' site which is probably bogus too...it said that the shipment was moving...over 5 weeks...through Ireland - what???!!!) it still hadn't arrived nor any sight of it. I have friends/family in Germany and sending a package even with the slowest possible surface mail service...takes a max of 4 weeks! Anyway thank goodness I paid through PayPal and put in a claim with them. Got a full refund just a few days later. I don't know what TakeJourney's game is...they seem to take people's money with no intention of delivering the products - is their business model such that they assume a certain % of buyers will simply give up and not pursue trying to get a refund? Hence why I only pay through PayPal or directly on my MasterCard...both have such guarantees. Stay away at all costs is my bottom line suggestion!!!

I ordered an advent calendar in September, the tracking stopped on the 25th October. After sending emails and being told to be patient and then they would send me a replacement twice!!!! Still nothing received by the 18th December, after emails almost every day finally received my funds back. Please don't buy from this company. It has been nothing but stress dealing with them.

I can't give it zero stars. Do not buy from these people. I made a purchase with them mid November. It gives a street adress in California bit of course it's fake. It ships from China and you have to return stuff to China. I paid thru paypal thinking I'd be protected if this was a scam but over a month into this I still haven't got my money back. It's delay after delay with paypal. The seller has since removed the items I bought and has the owner of the website has changed names 3 times over the course of this.

If I could leave a minus star I would! This is one of the biggest scams on the internet! It takes weeks to receive the item and it’s nothing but crap! Do not trust this website!!

I wish I googled them before paying for my advent calendars because I had the exact same experience. They are fraudulent and will produce fake tracking reports for a package you will never receive. They don’t offer customer service or feedback. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They buy things from Temu, Amazon, etc. and jack up the price 3x or 4x what its worth and they hide behind a convincing website with AI generated images. You wait months for your product and you get it and the quality is an absolute slap to the face. Custom service is non existent, they just mess with you! Save your hard-earned money and dont buy from here!

Purchased an advent calendar that never showed up. Got a lot of tracking information updates, but it was all wake. "Customer Service" (Ai generated) telling to wait a few more days and they would resending, but fail to provide tracking information. Keep away from this site!

Total scam! They gave me a fake tracking number. Product still hasn’t arrived after 2 months. They refuse to refund my money.

What an absolute joke this "company" is. Ordered an advent calendar, got a tracking # and the last update was that it arrived in Canada Nov 5. Nothing else, no carrier company name, and excuses upon excuses from "customer service". Clearly, from all the other posts and scam detector sites, it has become obvious that this is just one more shady, scammer. Lesson learned!

On November 8, I spent USD 74.67 on a purchase, but I have never received the goods. The shipment status has not been updated, and despite contacting customer service several times, I was only told that a replacement would be sent and that I should wait. After checking online, I discovered that many other victims have had the same experience. This proves the website is fraudulent, and my money is gone.

This is a scam. I was also taken in by delivery that takes forever then there is a postal strike. I’ll be asking my credit card company to reverse the charges and hopefully that can be done. People who do stuff like this are disgusting.

Total scam. do not buy from them. I am still waiting on a package to arrive for 2 months. The Eircode they used for the delivery depo is actually a private home, not a real business. I have contacted the company to try and find out where my package is or to issue a refund but they just said I have to wait for the delivery!!!!!! I hope I have more luck with Paypal.

It seems that I have been taken in and experienced the same thing as others: wait a few more days, your product is on the way, please be patient. I ordered the McLaren advent calendar on October 19 and paid for express shipping. The tracking information says it is in Edmonton, where it has been since November. Today, the company has lied and told me that the calendar was sent to the wrong address by mistake. It seems I have thrown money out the door. If I had set the money on fire, at least I could have exacted some pleasure by watching it burn.

EDIT: I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and informed Takejourney of this and politely urged them to work with the BBB towards a resolution for this situation. While I paid $50.98 CAD for my undelivered package, this morning, Takejourney emailed me to tell me that they were refunding my money in the amount of $15.29 USD. This is not the full amount I paid, but lesson learned.

The moral, boys and girls, is to not order from this company.

Same old advent calendar story - total bs the whole way along, ordered and issued with a fictional (or AI?) tracking number, seriously toxic company to deal with and I wish I'd not ordered so quickly and researched them first!

Scam! Stay away. Purchased two advent calendars that never showed up. Tracking shows last updated in Indiana on 10/31. "Customer Service" strings you along telling you to wait a few more days or that they are resending, but fail to provide tracking information for that. Hoping I can get my money back from Paypal.

SCAM! If I could leave 0 I would. I ordered my product back in October and never received it. The “shipping platform” they use is also a well known scam. Do not buy from this company.

This website is a scam, avoid it!
Tempted by low price, I bought advent calendar on 13/11. I have paid additional 8 dollars for VIP delivery. First of all they deducted wrong amount from my account - I was supposed to pay 57$ but finally they took more than 70$. This problem was solved quickly and I got partial refund. According to their website VIP delivery takes 3-7 days. After 7 business days I have emailed them asking about my order. They said that it’s delayed but they will contact supplier. After 2 mails like this and after reading the reviews here I have asked them to IMMEDIATELY cancel the order and refund the money. They refused and out of nowhere they gave me tracking number which seems to be fake. I have opened a complaint with a payment provider, hoping that they can help with this, however, still waiting for final reply.
And of course, after a month the order isn’t delivered. At this point I just want my money back.

Do not buy from this company. Photos of products they have on their site are misleading. I purchased advent calendars, thinking I was getting little mini cars for my children and instead they are pictures of cars on what looks like shrinkie sinks . It is a complete waste of money. There is no way to return the items to this Chinese company without high mail cost. Buyer beware.
