Parcel has never arrived. They wanted to send another parcel, but it also never arrives.
Got my money back through Paypal.
Never again.

I ordered a McLaren advent calendar in September and it’s now the 9th of December and I have yet to receive it. The last update on the tracking number provided shows the item arrived in Phoenix on 10/28. After countless emails with this company and being told to be patient, I did research and found that others have had the same problem. This company is a scam. Do not order from them! I’m so glad that I used PayPal because they issued a refund to me instantly while this company refused to do anything more than continue to tell me to be patient.

I ordered the McLaren advent calendar on October 15. I received the order confirmation on October 18. It did not ship out of their warehouse until November and has been stuck in Albany New York since November 16. There’s been no updates no communication and no assistance at all. I have no idea if my product will ever arrive.

ordered a Porsche adventcalender and received a totally different product. After contacting the „support“ I received an offer that at the end of the end mean that I have to sent back the product on my own cost. No replacement, no other support.
It’s China shit scam.

I ordered five advent calendars before Thanksgiving with expedited shipping. Its December 7th and no word on when they will be delivered. I spent way too much to not have any updates!

Total scam, ordered advent calendars and never received actual shipping confirmation aside from some weird website. 45 days later, no actual tracking number, no calendar, customer service just asking me to wait a few days more. Total SCAM!!

Wish I’d seen these reviews! Total scam! Ordered 2 advent calendars….supposedly arrived in Port Lincoln (first clue as that is NOT where international parcels arrive. Fortunately I had the good sense to order though PayPal and they have refunded me!

Do not buy! As literally everyone else, I have purchased a mclaren advent calendar for my partner and was really excited about it. I ordered end of September to make sure it arrived on time.

It's December 4 now and still nothing. I'm incrediblt disappointed, and albeit the shpport has been quick to respond, it was never anything useful. I'm almost certain the package was never sent out. They refuse to give the name to the carrier or an address where it's being held, and are refusing a refund.

I hope you paid via PayPal, that's the only way I was able to request my refund. Writing this, because someone else said it and it saved me 56$. Do yourself a favour and do not buy.

As others have said, this is a scam.

I ordered at the start of October, within a couple of days, received tracking details, then as soon as the tracking update got into Australia. It stopped updating. This was Nov 1st. I reached out to support, they assured me it's in the way, and they would contact the shipping partner. I gave it two more weeks, reached out again, same answer, another week, reached out again, same answer. And repeated this process week after week. It's now Nov 4th, nothing has changed with tracking, support gives the same answer, refuses to let me know who the shipping partner is, and refuses to refund me. Lucky I ordered with PayPal and just got a refund through them.

Like everyone else here, I ordered a calendar two months ago and it was not delivered. In transit, be patient, it's on its way... all excuses. When I ask for my money back, they say it's not possible. DO NOT ORDER from this website.

I did what 100 people before me did and bought an advent calendar. It never arrived.

It is a scam! The same story! I ordered RedBull advent calendar for a friend! They gave you a tracking number and the parcel gets stuck somewhere in my country, Sibiu where there is no warehouse or something!
They reply to have patience but nothing happens! So it is a total scam!!! Do not buy anything from them!

Like everyone else, I ordered a McLaren adventkalender on the 29th Sept 2025, and am still in nonreceipt (1 Dec 2025) - it appeared to leave the US very quickly, but has sat at a warehouse in regional Australia for over a month. The place it has sat is not known as an international shipping hub! I have contacted Takejourney and got told "its in transit" the first time, and "be patient" the second time. Can someone please shut this site down before too many more people are scammed out of their hard earned cash?

Scam! Do not buy anything here! My girlfriend ordered McLaren F1 Adventskalender on 29th September for my birthday, but it didn't arrive till today. It's been 2 months. She wrote several e-mails, all were about the same thing - the shipment has been already sent, it's in the carrier company's hands etc. without providing tracking number. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE - IT'S A SCAM!

I placed my order with Take Journey on October 2 and the experience has been extremely disappointing. I contacted customer service several times, but every time I received the same generic reply without any real update or action.

My package has been stuck in Rotterdam for more than a month after arriving from the United States, and all I keep hearing is the same excuse about delays. There is no transparency, no clear timeline and no sign of progress. At this point it feels like the company is not taking responsibility for the issue at all.

I expected a much more reliable service. Based on my experience I cannot recommend ordering from Take Journey.

I have ordered a title on the 29th of October with urgent delivery. Of course I paid an extra cost for the quick transport. Neither I haven't received the product nor they write or call me, when it will arrive!
Now I am very concerned if I will get it at all???

Very professional scam site...they are so good they even communicate with you...but nothing shows up...ever...and we get deliveries from around the world every day...it isn't a coincidence all their bad reviews. Don't take the risk!
