SCAM!

I have reported the website to the police and other authorities. Hopefully it will close down asap!

They hugely overcharged sales tax on my order (they did fix it when I complained), and it’s been five weeks and my order still has not arrived.

The same story as alot other. I ordered the Porsche turbo advent calendar for my boyfriend but never received it. When I asked where my package is. I received another tracking number saying that the package is delivered.
Hope this site will be shut down, before to many people fall into the same trap.

Tog pengarna, inget skickat. Trackingnumret antagligen falskt. Svarar inte vilket fraktföretag som använts. Rent bedrägeri.

Scam site. Just got the order. I was waiting for 2 months. Very poor quality goods. Do not correspond to the pictures on the site. The prices are really high for crap. It's a pitty that I didn't check this site before the order.

Not sure if scam or not. I made an order, was given a tracking number but was never provided with the name of the shipping company (so I could only track it on the provided website). Allegedly, the package should have been in Malta for the past month and is still not delivered (which is not possible). Refused a refund initially, but then relented and provided one. Writing this review almost two months after the order was placed. What is to their credit is that they keep replying quickly to my emails, even if always trying to convince me to wait a bit longer.

This site is a scam. They take your money, but don’t send the product you bought. They pretend like they shipped it, sending you a tracking number that only works on a fake tracking site they created (tracking-hub.com). The tracking number doesn’t work on any legitimate tracking site, meaning that they simply never ship the product you thought you were buying on their website.

Also ordered advent calendar, contacted customer support 12 times, got all excuses imaginable, order still not send after 7 weeks, started dispute today, take my advice "order somewhere else "

A total scam. Ordered the Porsche turbo advent calendar for my boyfriend and received a regular toy car. Upon contacting customer service with CLEAR proof that I ordered the advent calendar, they’re still claiming I got what I ordered and they refuse to send me the correct product. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

I ordered a product - it never arrived. Frequent contacts with customer support produced NO response. In fact - I think they're just lying to me. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Complete scam, they didn't ship the goods I ordered totalling $73, instead shipped me something else of much less value. When I asked for a refund they stated it would be very expensive for me to return what they did send and offered me an $8 refund, then $11 and then $13.

They did not provide the product I purchased. Their user name appears as Chinese symbols on PayPal though they claim to be US-based. Their tracking information does not make sense. I requested a refund when they failed to follow up on my initial report that the item did not arrive. They responded that they would send the item, and did not engage regarding the refund. I believe this is a scam site and would caution against using them.
