Able to switch as needed from an electronic assistant to a customer service person. Very helpful. Rebecca spoke clearly, repeating as necessary (I have poor hearing). All queries resolved. My personal alarm watch now fully set up and daughter able to monitor me through Friends & Family app.

Only had a few days, but does everything it claims too. Didn't find it too difficult to set up and when I contacted the call centre they answered within 30 seconds and were most helpful.
