Disappointed
I ordered a small in a semi formal dress. When I received it at least 10 days after I placed the order, the size appeared to be at least a large. There was no way I could possibly wear it. It also came from China, and the dress had no labels at all-no size, material, care directions. There were also no tags on the dress. I have contacted the company several times by email with no response. There also appears to be no customer service phone number or address listed on its website.

This company is a big scam!!! Will not answer any emails sent out!!! Scam scam do not order because if there is an issue, you will be avoided. I been waiting on an email response for 3 weeks now

Dress did not match ad
The dress I received did not match the advertised photo. I have attempted to contact them for return info several times through email and through the contact page on their website and have had no response. There is no phone number available to call.

Bought the dia cardigan as a gift and it fit her perfectly. Fabric feels soft and she didn’t complain about it at all which is rare. Delivery took around 11 days and packaging was clean. Support also replied quick.
