Excellent service. Personal answer all my questions which lead me to buy the right item.

The company did well, quick delivery, but unfortunately did not fix leak.
We found out the issue was with the tap swan neck so washers would have probably worked.

Your staff are so helpful and understanding when dealing with an old chap like myself who is not great at diy save for simple jobs. I needed to replace o rings on my tap and your staff explained all I needed to know (providing written instruction too) and even when the rings arrived and I had a small issue with removing the swan neck I was guided through the process with success. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional way I was treated and helped. You have a first class team who have obviously been well trained and it shows. I am most grateful for your help.

Really helpful people .I realised that I had mistakenly described my tap as hot and cold but I realised that it also had a pure water function.The guys changed the order without any charge.They also sent me a plan and intructions how to do the sevicing
