Fake and scam company

My order pretty much never arrived. So I pretty much lost my money as the company claims that the delivery was made and has not offered anything else to date. So I would NOT recommend this company and DON'T get sucked by their competitive price as you'll end up with nothing.

I am very disappointed with this company. I was referred to this site for a specific product and still haven’t received my order. It is now going on 3 months of emails back and forth with no actual result. I was told my package was returned and there would be a reshipment. A month ago my order was reshipped but I have no tracking information and when I email I get the same response from Lisa (which I think is probably AI since her responses sound very chatGPT). I was given a 10% discount on my next order which I do not intend to use as I will never order from this company again! I have asked for a full refund 3 times and still no result. This has been a very stressful situation that I would not wish on anyone!

Do not trust this site. I didn't get my order. I emailed and nothing. Emailed numerous times and ignored. Biggest con ever

I order what they say it’s AC I pay 300 dollars what I receive very cheap $10 fan I tray so hard to return the fan I send them so many emails for days they keep sending emails sending offers from 20% to up to 80% after so many emails still nothing happened I have all the emails to prove and I will release all the emails so no one get scammed don’t trust this website

Scam, fake bag.

I ordered and paid for a jumper that never arrived. When queried, customer service assured me it had been shipped. Couple of weeks went by and still nothing. Queried again and was told they were out of stock and the purchase would be refunded. STILL nothing! Even worse, the jumper is STILL being advertised!!! Beware this company! Do NOT waste your money.

It took a little while to get my order but it was coming from Spain. 🙃
Lisa, however was amazing with her prompt response and assurance that my order was coming and for me not yo worry. I was in panic thinking I’ll never see my order but I jog it ordered another gif my mum. Was grateful to Lisa ☺️

Terrible, Ordered product, Didn’t arrive. Company gave multiple “tracking” numbers that never worked. Followed up, said out of stock even after confirmed it was sent. Said they would refund, still following up! Do not purchase from these scammers.

I received my sweater yesterday and im extremely disappointed with the quality. The item is clearly not cashmere, nor does it appear handmade as advertised. In fact, parts of the sweater are already comping apart. Your website states: "Our Vanja cashmere Sweater is hand-knit form the softest cashmere threads" - this is completely misleading. As someone who is experienced in sewing, crocheting and knitting, I can confidently say this doesn't not reflect the craftsmanship or material described. Do NOT buy this product.

Purchased the “unbreaka-bear” dog toy, multiple seams split within 5 minutes and I had to wrestle stuffing out of my dog’s mouth. Incredibly poor quality product, not fit for purpose, but they refused to issue a refund, instead offering 50% off another product - why would I waste more money?!

I bought a dog toy for ‘heavy chewers’ it lasted about 10 minutes. When I tried to get a refund as it was not fit for purpose I was told they would only send me another or 50% as they don’t take the product back. I argued the point and got 70% but at the end of the day they sell products not fit for purpose. I would not recommend buying from them.

It’s a scam, do not use

Scam dropshipping company. Customer service email doesn’t respond, misrepresentation on the site about who owns it. Avoid at all cost. They have fake Trustpilot reviews on their site.
