Took a couple weeks to arrive but hadn’t realised it was Australia post. It was just what the gift recipient wanted & she was very pleased.

I bought an air cooler was advised in photos as being as tall as the couch and as tall as the bed when I received it was like a toy made of plastic and not even as tall as my kitchen chair legs miniature.
So upsetting payed $299. For a product like Temu. Watch this company they are scammers

The company is a sham and is acting in deceptive conduct. I purchased a tote bag Longchamp | Le Pliage
Tote Bag - Lightweight and certainly did not get anything like it. They are deceptive and refuse to give me back my money. Their website shows a video of the Longchamp | Le Pliage Tote Bag - Lightweight bag. They are share artists and rip people off. Do not buy from them at all. I have formally lodged a complaint with the legal Authority as they refuse to refund me my money.

Cheap cheap cheap. Stay away from the business. The products don't look anything like the photos displayed on their website. Material/fabric couldn't be worst, the finishing are poorly done.

I purchase a set of trousers and vest which looked lovely on the website. Offer was 30% discount which came up to $95.00. I bought it, it was delivered within 10 days and as soon as I received the item, I communicated to the business that the item didn't fit me and I would like a refund. Item in immaculate condition as I had just received, in the original package.
This is what they use as excuse not to honour the refund...

I ordered 15x Longchamp bags from tarhus.com.
The item I received did not match authentic Longchamp products, including materials, branding details, tags, and overall quality.
I contacted the seller immediately to raise concerns that the item appeared counterfeit and requested a refund. My concerns were not addressed, and my questions were not answered. Despite the website stating a 30-day full refund policy (including change of mind), I received no meaningful response or resolution.
As a result, I had to open a PayPal dispute, and the refund was ultimately issued via PayPal, not directly by the seller.
I’m posting this review to warn other buyers, particularly when purchasing branded or designer items. My experience was that the product delivered was not as described, and resolution only occurred after involving PayPal.

This is 100% a scam. I ordered a woollen jumper and it's nothing like what was advertised. The quality is terrible and there's no tag so I can't even tell what it's made out of but it's definitely not wool.

Apart from taking weeks to arrive, the sizing for the shoes I purchased was very ambiguous, so purchasing what I thought was a men's UK 10 turned out to be a women's US 10, even though there was no mention of men/women sizing, and the size selector said 10US/10UK.

I requested a change to the correct size and was refused. Instead they said that I got what I ordered and that I could keep the shoes and have 10% of the price back.

The site specifically says there is a 30 day money back guarantee. This is not the case.

STAY AWAY! package took forever and when the boots arrived rhey were nothing like the “hand made leather” boots I ordered and more like “factory made vinyl”

So far i have not received my parcel, all im told is it is in transit, and has been for over a week, i was given a tracking number that did not work and have asked for another tracking number, as yet i have not received the correct tracking number. Very disappointed as it was a present for today and ordered this back in October.

Scam company! Their website is all a lie, they are just a Chinese company selling counterfeit goods and need to be shut down!!

Purchased a non invasive blood glucose meter, 99.9% accuracy. They sent me an oximeter that doesn't measure bloody glucose. My order literally states it with the price but I have unit with a completely different display. Countless emails with them. Either use PayPal or be prepared. Submitted a charge back with my bank as I didn't use PayPal for this purchase.

Customer service just emails back saying sorry for confusion you do have the product you ordered but I don't.

Package arrived well wrapped up with no damage. Happy with product.
Delivery did take a long time.

These sneakers are stylish but a little snug at first. They stretched after a few wears, so now they’re fine. Not the best cushioning I’ve tried, but decent enough for the price.

What a bunch of rip offs absolute rubbish do NOT buy this cheap rubbish firstly they pretend they are from Australia but they are in Spain I paid $100 for a chime and I could have purchased it from SHEIN for less than $2 I’m 61 years old and this is by far the worst purchase I have ever made I asked for refund but doubt they will give it to me

Scam scam scam I hope these reviews shine a light on a company that are disgusting and ripping of hard working people. I ordered based supplies beef tallow and instead was sent a rip off knock off home printed moisturiser which ingredients contain glycerin, glycerol and mineral oils among other ingredients. Not the pure unhardvested tallow that based supplies makes. Customer service has been so unhelpful and will not refund the products even though they aren’t as advertised and are unusable. I hope no one else gets tricked by these crooks. I will post a review a day until they refund me

Product was as described and communication from Tarhus was fantastic. Customer service was great. Will use this company again.

I cannot believe that I've fallen for this a second time! You have to be so careful. You purchase something that looks good quality and a decent price from a company based in Europe (in this case Spain) and what arrives is a cheap knock-off in substandard materials from China. I ordered 100% cashmere and got viscose and they refund me. What a rip off! Beware

These sandals are lovely, just wish they were a tiny bit wider. Still, they look great on my feet and didn’t give me blisters the first time I wore them. I asked about the size before buying and got a reply almost instantly. Can’t complain about shipping either.

Ordered furnature wheel pads, order stated delivery Royal Mail, many days later recevied tracking shipment from China no ETA, Tried to cancel e mail ingnored weeks later item arrived did not work. Tarhus refusedv to cedit offered a discount for faulty product insisted we return at our cost.
