Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Very stressful. Ordered an Alexander and James chair which had a delivery date of 10 to 12 weeks on. After 18 weeks and still no chair I rang up and asked to cancel but I was told the chair would be there within a week or so after 23 weeks I still had no chair so I rang up and told them I bought another and I wanted to cancel and wanted my deposit back. I was told I would need to wait another week to speak to the lady who dealt with the cancellations. I then received a call by a very arrogant ill man who told me that this is their policy not to give back deposits. Do not deal with this company as they ignore you and make you feel like you’ve been conned. Let’s see how they fair with Barclay cards wonderful chargeback system.

Daniel spotted me after about 5 minutes of walking around, found out what I was looking for and showed me the furniture that fit my brief. I knew exactly what I was looking for and he was very helpful.

A warm welcome and helpful staff asking about my needs and thoughts on my choices. The store was packed with quality furniture and items. I would recommend Taskers to friends and family without hesitation.

The livery of the sofa supposed to be tomorrow or day after. I am really concerned that there is no communication from the company and I don't know how I can get in touch with them. General disappointed with the lack of communication.

After visiting quite a few furniture stores we saw items advertised on Taskers website that made us visit the store. On arrival we looked around and was asked by Anjum what we were looking for. He was so helpful,patient and respectful due to us taking an eternity chosing our now purchased furniture at a great price.

The sales process was fine but despite providing my email address subsequent emails have been sent to my brother’s email address suggesting a possible data breach! Hopefully this will be sorted out with a gesture of apology and good will.

The member of staff that attended to us was very knowledgable about the products, as well as being honest and open. We were given the opportunity to talk together on our own before making our decision which was also much appreciated. There was no high pitch sales pressure from you. All this was done with a friendly personal approach Thank you

We call into the store to look around really for some curtains, one of the salesmen came over to my wife and I to ask if we needed any help. He told us that they didn’t sell curtains but we were more than welcome to have a look around. My wife spotted a dining table with chairs and a bench, the same salesman came to us again to see he could answer any questions about the dining room table. My wife said she liked the table and chairs but not the bench, the salesman said that wasn’t a problem and gave us a price without the bench and extra chairs. The salesman was very polite and helpful and not pushy at all, so we ordered the table and chairs there and then.

We got the answer to our question and bought what we wanted for a decent price by nice and pleasant staff.

I found the initial experience of choosing and ordering the furniture items went very well. The prices were competitive and the assistance I received from Daniel via a video call was also very good. However, I find it difficult in supplying a more comprehensive review in light of the fact that I have yet to receive the goods I ordered.

We were looking for a particular brand of chair that we thought had been discontinued due to receivership so when we contacted Taskers of Accrington and they showed us a video call of the store and the chair we wanted we were really happy. Very polite, friendly and informative, no pushy sales. Will be using again to purchase additional furniture in the future.
