A lovely, relaxing store to look round with staff being friendly and helpful but not being pushy. Also very knowledgeable about all items of furniture.

All the staff at taskers were extremely friendly and we were offered drinks which was such a nice touch.
We purchased a setee from there. Daniel looked after us , he answered all our questions and was extremely helpful , knowledgeable and very friendly.

Very disappointed with the service I received from Taskers. Lack of information about order, promises of call backs that never happened. Would not recommend this company

The staff were friendly made us feel welcome. Very helpful but not pushy let us relax and try the settees. When we were ready to chose they help answer our questions. Everything was done at our pace. A pleasure to shop. We will be back to have a further look round.

We spelt out our requirements and are pleased with how they were dealt with. We are now eagerly awaiting delivery of our new chairs.

We went in for an occasional table and came out with a full dinner table set (and a matching occasional table).
There was a vast range of quality styles to pick from. We were spoilt for choice but were delighted with our selection. It was delivered on time and the delivery lads were great. Very neat and tidy and treat everything with respect.

This store has everything, lots of choice. We were approached by a salesman who just asked what we were looking for then left us to look around. When needed he was available, knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us a price and when I negotiated his manager was also helpful, we got a great deal. The manager came to see us before we left. Just needed a coffee and it would been perfect.

We were greeted warmly and allowed to browse freely until we found furniture that we were interested in. The sales advisor, Anjum, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy as a result we returned some days later to complete our purchase. The quality and range of furniture available is excellent and we were happy with the overall cost.

Showroom experience was good. Pleasant staff members. Telephone contact to arrange delivery was good and delivery time was adhered to. I was slightly concerned with the way the two delivery persons treated the item delivered. I think they could have shown more care with the item which was relatively expensive. Dirt from shoes had to be cleaned from carpet on stairs after they left.

Good customer service but if spending over 2k delivery should be free. Also not being able to take fabric samples to help with choosing the right colour. Items are a good quality and I would recommend
