As I've aleady reviewed the great service received in store, this review is about today's delivery. Great service from Kami and Sam. Received a call to say they were on their way and were 15 minutes away. Arrived spot on time. They represented KC Sofas extremely well. They were clean, smart and tidy. Delivered, unwrapped, assembled and placed the furniture very professionally. They obviously know their trade and enjoy their job. Thanks guys.

It was a long time since I’d bought new furniture.I found the sales person very helpful and explained things to me also the one penny foot stool was a bargain.the delivery boys were great called len and Tyler all in all a great experience.

Stephen in the Castleford store was so helpful. I had in mind the style sofa I wanted and he gave me a few suggestions of styles etc. The delivery was so quick and easy. Kami and Nath were lovely. I would recommend KC Sofas to all my friends.

Great company, showroom in Manvers, Joanne was super helpful, discussed and looked into best sofa to fit within budget and the room, the delivery guys Kami and Sam were great, Sofa came 20 mins after time told so no waiting, put the sofa perfectly in place, left no marks or damage, smooth sailing! We had our sofa delivered by Charlie and Sam around a month ago, and we have been super impressed by this company from start to finish. We wanted to go local rather than go to the bigger businesses, as we felt we'd get a better quality product and service and we weren't disappointed! From looking around the showroom where we felt we could browse at our own pace without being bothered by annoying salespeople to the delivery, with regular updates and respect for your home when they arrive. Steve, Charlie and João were really helpful in the showroom too. Overall we had a really good experience with KC sofas and would highly recommend them if you're looking for a sofa! So extremely happy with my new sofa! The whole process has been amazing from start to finish! The lovely gentleman Steve who helped us pick and order our sofa was amazing, very knowledgeable and my husband even had a small medical emergency whilst we were there and Steve was amazing and straight on hand to help! Talk about fabulous customer service Steve! Delivery was easy to organise with the delivery team and the 2 very lovely men Kami and Sam who delivered my sofa were great, very kind, professional and couldn't of done anymore to make the delivery as smooth as possible! Overall I am a very happy customer and 100% would recommend KC sofas! A huge thank you to all involved, KC sofas are lucky to have such amazing people working for them :)
