A week ago I updated our ongoing experience with Taskers which has been far from good the next day Taskers responded to my last trustpilot review update which you will see beneath my last review. They wanted me to contact them which I did reluctantly they seemed sincere asking for more information and pictures which I supplied them with I thought they are taking my complaint seriously now. But no that was last Friday and they have not attempted to try and resolve this matter as I haven’t heard from Taskers since supplying the information they asked for. I knew it was too good to be true so I contacted the ombudsman today. I was told I have a really strong case as we have all corespondents and we have given Taskers the chance to right the wrongs. Let’s see.

Absolutely amazing experience with Taskers Furniture from start to finish! We’re delighted with our purchase — the quality is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for.

Every member of staff we dealt with was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable without ever making us feel pressured.

Fantastic customer service, great quality furniture and a brilliant overall experience. We’ll definitely be shopping at Taskers again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture.

Ordered a console table which arrived on time however upon opening it I discovered there were no screws or instructions to put it together. I contacted them by email and they initially responded to say they were looking into it however since that I’ve heard nothing despite chasing numerous times. I’ve now got bits of a table that I can’t put together. Waste of almost £600.

The delivery and installation was great. The dining tables and chairs arrived exactly when promised and they were put together very quickly. All packaging was removed and they gave great advice regarding aftercare.

I would thoroughly recommend this company. Great guys and a great service.

Lovely store and staff

Ordered a garden set, I paid £40 delivery fee. it arrived with one cushion missing so I contacted customer service straight away. You can only contact them via email and they take at least 48 hrs to respond.
After many emails and attending the store, I finally got the missing cushion. It was from a display model and not brand new like the rest of the garden set. I was told in store that’s all the had- Ex display.
I would definitely Not Recommend Taskers!

Always 1st class service the gentleman working on the rug department went the extra mile helping us he even took.our purchases to the car helping us whilst I'm in a wheelchair my other half was extremely grateful for his help

Delivery drivers have been fantastic and so helpful. They made sure everything was perfect and were extra careful not to do ajy damage to new flooring and other furniture

Ordered in April told 12 week delivery didn't mind that then told mid August still waiting no correspondence from them phoning waste of time as nobody answers phones been holding for nearly 2 hrs still nothing worst company I have dealt with don't think I will be ordering anything again

Great service, the sofa and chair were handled & put together with care by Greg & Kev(?) and they made sure all was good before leaving with all the packaging. Happy customers.

Great communication for delivery- rang before to tell me the time of arrival. Kev and Greg delivery drivers were really helpful and friendly, gave tips on care for furniture as well.
