I don't recommend anyone using any company in Egypt at all they're all scammer and scum imagine living on 140gb per month with limted speed after ur quote it finishes thats it and it doesn't last for more than 10 days u have to renew it at least 3 times, idk what they waiting for everyone hates them and in 2025 and yea Egypt still has the worst internet providers.

Tell you what, garbage is better than this money hungry company. who provides limited internet in Egypt and bribes the government and the President of Internet and communication to stay limited. they treat the internet like food you get a plate and that's all. like imagine having a full buffet and getting only 1 item out of it.

Literally if I can put ZERO stare I will . Telecom Egypt is one of the worst internet service providers you could ever imagine , bad prices , poor customer service, stupid policy and above all of that the INTERNET IS LIMITED . You had to pay them multiple times just to watch videos on YouTube at 360 . Could you tell Even imagine that

They do a limited internet with low speed

They refuse to offer truly unlimited internet because they monopolize the service and face no competition.
To add insult to injury, the prices for 5G bundles are far too high for such restrictive practices.

Worst internet provider in the world you can't live with a 140 giga quata that's unbelievable you can't live with limited internet it's a scamming company you have to pay the monthly subscription more than twice a month.
We demand unlimited internet internet like the rest of the world

Worst internet service around the globe i spite of having good capabilities and large bandwidth, they control and limit internet access dealing with the "Quota" system, as if you're buying groceries, quotas start from 140 GB/month, it's not even cheap.
When you run out of "Quota" the internet speed plummets to 256 kb/s which is equal to no connection, i hope this reaches everywhere i hope we're heard and i hope this is to a change.

They say fastest internet in Africa let's breakdown scam that happening especially for Home internet VDSL or Fiber optic
You apply for monthly subscription they gave u a not bad internet speed but for how long? It's just few gigabytes start from 140Gb plan which is inhumane and nothing few apps or windows updates can eat those
To 1 terabytes plan which is very expensive compared to a average salary.
After you finish GB's of your monthly quota internet will definitely gone 256kb that can't open google homepage u will have to renew in same month that u paid for it can even happen 2 or 3 or 4 etc depends on your usages which is your FREE data that cost company nothing to go through your cables
It even worse with fiber optic because this Gigas will disappear faster to pay more than once a month your monthly subscription
That is the scam and greed monopoly because they apply this to all other companies and kill competition With Help of minister of Telecom that leader of NTRA who made this monopoly solid and never listen to costumer's
So if I need an unlimited internet I have to either use expensive eSim or leave the country which unlimited internet is important for investors/business at any scale/freelancers etc ..

Very bad internet. We're in 2025 and this Egyptian company still have limited internet it's kinda joke and the speed of internet is so bad. The company also some times like steal from the "limited" internet you pay for that's because they want you to charge the internet more than like 2 or 3 times a month which is not good for anyone. The one thing they care about is "money" they don't care about the customer they just want money. That's not the only thing, the other thing is if you pay more they steal more because they think that you won't pay attention to your "quote". We are not in first 20th we are in 2025.

This is the worst internet company i have ever experienced the internet speed is 2mgb/sec and we only have 200gbs for a whole month for 300 pounds and when it ends the speed becomes 250kbs/sec thats really inhuman

I purchased the WE Gold Line, and they informed me that I would need to pay a deposit, which would be refunded after six months. However, when I requested the refund after nine months to cover my line payment, they refused. This company is a scam. I strongly advise against purchasing the WE Gold Special, especially for our American community, as you'll be shocked by the excuses they make to keep your money.

Limited internet packages bad service high prices you name it

I guess I would like to inform you, dear friends, if you don’t extend your tourist Visa on time this WE phone company will block your SIM card right away!
I still have two weeks of the legally stay in Hurghada but My SIM card is blocked. So you pay this WE company to block your phone! How’s it?
