Tea2you was great to work with. Being in the USA and ordering fron London, I was concerned my order would be delayed. It was delivered promptly. A bonus sample of a new tea was in it and I can't wait to try it!

What immaculate service! They not only packed me with my tea, they delivered it quickly, added on a free sample of another tea, gave me a Christmas card, and a handwritten note! Absolutely lovely and I WILL be buying again!

I messed up on the address of a gift I was sending to my daughter. Fortunately, the staff was quickly responsive and handled the address correctly before it was shipped. The tea is great, and I wanted to share it with my daughter.

I ordered four different teas which arrived nicely wrapped and within a few days at my place. The quality of the teas is excellent and well preserved in lovely resealable sachets including a description of the tea and instructions for making a cup. I feel prepared for the cold days to come.

I had their tea once while visiting London, and the owner encouraged me to try everything! It was such an amazing experience that now, 7 years later, I still buy refills of all my favorites. I couldn't imagine making chai without my favorite assam leaf.

I bought a cup of the English breakfast tea at the Borough Market on my trip to London in August. It was the most malty and delicious tea I've ever had.

On my return home, I decided to buy a bag, but the shipping cost was more than the tea! I tried local sources but was unable to get that exquisite maltiness (tried Scottish breakfast, East Frisian, etc).

I finally broke down and ordered the English Breakfast from Tea2You, but when I brewed a pot, it didn't taste anything like it did: not in the least bit malty.

I do have to say, though, I'm wondering if it's because I live at an elevation where water can't get hotter than 94°C? If so, any tips would be greatly appreciated! I've been using 8g of tea in 454g of water and steeping for 7-8 minutes.

I am a great fan of the tea sold by Tea2you, particularly the loose leaf Assam blend - it is strong with a malty flavour; it takes me back to drinking tea at my Nana's in London when I was young. I order online as I live in Devon now. The quality of the tea surpasses any supermarket chain. The postal delivery service is efficient and always boxed well so that the tea is intact and not damaged.

Fantastic tea tasting experience. Elizabeth was a fantastic host and very knowledgeable. It’s an independent business and giving back to the tea picking community. Will definitely recommend for any tea lovers.

I tried the teas when I was in the UK and there are very delicious and fresh. I ordered some more. I would definitely recommend them. Especially the queens gray.

This tea company always goes above and beyond my expectations. I love trying different teas every time I order. Of course I have my favorite teas that I order each time but I also appreciate the little samples that they send me. Aside from the exceptional quality of the teas themselves, the packaging is also always beautiful.

Great customer service, both in-store and online, the teas arrive quickly and sometimes with a little sample of another tea, and always with a cute little note. They even pay for customs (atleast to my country). The teas are amazing too, and i will continue to regularly order from their website!
