Great customer service!
Great customer service, both in-store and online, the teas arrive quickly and sometimes with a little sample of another tea, and always with a cute little note. They even pay for customs (atleast to my country). The teas are amazing too, and i will continue to regularly order from their website!

Excellent tea
The tea is absolutely excellent. I have always loved to drink tea, but the quality of this tea is a step above any other tea I have tried. The team is knowledgeable and helpful.

Not so impressed
Order different tea to try. Unfortunately, not so impressed as the aroma seems artificial especially the lavender rose tea and osmanthus tea. To me, its like essential oil was added in to enrich the aroma. Sorry this wasnt what I like

Quickly delivery, top quality
Absolutely top-notch service! I ordered tea from London to Zurich and couldn’t be more pleased. The delivery was fast, and the package included two handwritten notes—one in English and one in German—which added such a warm, personal touch. They even included a free sample of tea. Most importantly, the tea quality is excellent! It’s clear they truly care about both their product and their customers. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be ordering again!
