Bester Tee mit super Srvice
Da mein bestellter Tee gerade nicht lieferbar war, erhielt ich eine sehr nette Mail von Rusha Mondal mit der Frage, ob ich warten oder einen Ersatztee möchte. Natürlich warte ich sehr gerne etwas länger auf meine Bestellung. Als mein Wunschtee wieder lieferbar war wurde ich umgehend informiert und mein Paket wurde verschickt. Innerhalb von zwei Tagen war mein Paket bei mir in der Schweiz, mit einer kleiner Überraschung. Als Dankeschön für das Warten, erhielt ich noch eine kleine Packung Earl Grey. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und die netten Mails.

Got a handwritten note and also a sample as a recommendation. Really thoughtful! International delivery to Germany was extremely quick. And the tea is excellent.

The package was taken care of and rrived very fast , the packaging was good ( even if it asnt the most disreet one, as the tea was meant to be a gift), and ther kind little words inside.
