Booked a Qantas flight (QF flight number) through TeaFlight, but they issued a Jetstar ticket codeshare - scalped the difference, and meant I didn't get my usual Qantas perks.

Originally I only visited this site after seeing prices on Skyscanner, but the booking process was simple enough that I decided to complete the purchase here directly. Before leaving for the trip, I double-checked everything and all the details were correct.

My friends asked me to handle the flight booking for our group trip, so I compared a lot of websites before choosing this one. I was worried there might be delays with the ticket, but the issuance process was actually very fast and everyone checked in without issues.

Airfare has become really expensive lately, so I spent quite a while comparing different booking sites before deciding. I found a much better deal here, and the ticket confirmation was sent immediately after payment. Everything worked fine at the airport too.

I needed to change part of my schedule after booking, so I contacted support expecting a long wait. Surprisingly, they replied fairly quickly and explained the process step by step. The issue was resolved much faster than I thought.`

I had some questions about seats after making my reservation, so I sent an inquiry to customer service. The reply came sooner than expected, and the explanation was detailed enough that I understood everything immediately.

Most flight sites these days feel overloaded with information, but this one was surprisingly simple to navigate. I booked through my phone without any lag, and the confirmation email arrived right away after checkout. Check-in at the airport was smooth too.

I was directed to TeaFlight three times by Skyscanner as a "preferred" option, and each time they increased the fare at the payment stage. Each time, I went back to another vendor and paid the original lower fare. Skyscammers.

The layout of the website was clean and straightforward, so the booking process didn’t feel confusing at all. Payment, confirmation, and check-in were all completed without any trouble. Pretty satisfied with the experience.

Out of all the flight bookings I’ve made recently,this was probably one of the smoothest. I could check schedules and prices at the same time without opening multiple pages, and the ticket arrived almost instantly after payment. Super convenient overall.

I usually feel a bit cautious when using overseas booking sites for the first time, but this one turned out to be veryeasy to use. Comparing different flights by time and date was convenient, payment was quick, and my ticket showed up immediatey after booking. I’m already at the airport and everything worked perfectly.l

I am writing this to warn other travelers about the gross negligence and lack of accountability at Tea Flight.

1. The Incident:
I had a round-trip booking (Booking ID: [334414520878]). I clearly requested to cancel only the ONE-WAY portion of my trip. However, Tea Flight unilaterally cancelled my ENTIRE round-trip without my consent or any prior notification.

2. Evidence (Recorded Calls):
I have recorded phone conversations that clearly prove I only requested a partial cancellation. Despite this clear instruction, Tea Flight made a critical operational error. I have all the evidence ready to be submitted to legal authorities.

3. The Damage:
I only discovered this at the airport check-in counter. Because my flight was deleted due to the agency’s mistake, I was forced to buy a new ticket on the spot to avoid being stranded. This emergency ticket cost me 1.8 million KRW.

4. The Unacceptable Response:
Tea Flight is only offering to refund the original fare, refusing to compensate for the massive price difference caused by their own error. A simple refund does not fix the financial damage they caused.

5. My Demand:
I demand full compensation for the price difference of the ticket I had to buy at the airport.

If this is not resolved immediately, I will:

Submit the voice recordings as evidence to the Korea Consumer Agency (KCA) and international consumer protection authorities.

Initiate a Chargeback process through my credit card company.

Tea Flight, check my booking ID [334414520878] and contact me with a proper compensation plan. I have the recordings to prove your mistake.

Booked a flight and then got first notified after making the payment that the ticket price was 25% more tried cancelling and they cancelled without a refund.

Booked tickets through the site and made an error on one of the passengers last name. I emailed them and got a quick response. I was unsure how to resolve the problem and called customer service. The lady on the phone advised me on what to do and got my problem resolved. My experience with “teaflight” has been superb!

It was weird for me that i have to wait 30 hours for the boarding pass. But i got it 3 hours after payment and Everything worked out.

Everything went as per their instructions. My PNR was sent in time.
After making a booking I decided to look at reviews, probably the worst thing to do. Some people are just hating on this company but to my surprise everything went well for me. I will use them again because they were so professional and the first thing they would tell me was "Sir, your flight is guaranteed we need to finalize your PNR with the airline". I`m grateful for their efficient service.

0 STARS! we got to the airport and the airline couldn’t find our booking using our booking reference or our names, after an hour of searching their system for answers, the airline came to the conclusion that TeaFlight had used air miles/points to “reserve” the tickets and therefore not used any of our money to buy our tickets. most horrific stressful situation to be in after just trying to get home safely.

예약 과정 자체는 편리했지만, 처음 사용해서인지 결제 후 예약 확인 메일이 조금 늦게 도착했습니다. 그래도 문제없이 티켓 발급이 완료되었고, 고객센터 문의 시 빠르게 대응해주셔서 안심할 수 있었습니다. 전체적으로 만족스러운 경험이었습니다.
