horrible customer service useless website

website is useless had all my dates time and flight picked data was lagging so i refreshed page every detail stayed the same except for the fly date which changed without my knowledge , didn’t let me refund or change flight n customer service reply was horrible

It worked!! But was skeptical until confirmed with airlines directly

Similar to Sky Tours, I was skeptical after reading the reviews. Luckily, I checked at the airline desk the morning of in person to confirm that the ticket was valid. Teaflight provided me with the wrong reference number, therefore I was unable to check-in until I spoke with one of the airline representatives to get the actual booking reference for the airline. I would say 3/5 because the ticket did work and there wasn't any issues once I received the proper reference but still more stress than needed. Also I didn't speak with customer service representatives so I am unsure on the service they provide.

Teaflight not reliable company to book air ticket.

I recently booked a flight 26Feb to 27Feb fly from Kaohsiung to Hong Kong, this booking was ordered mid/end Jan 2026, then I realises my company has change meeting schedule further. so wrote to Teaflight for cancellation being rejected for no good reasons. I found this company Customer Service as low as 1 star. if you wanna book any flight, go Trip or Airpaz, or direct book with Airlines better and safer. I will never purchases any air ticket or hotel booking with Teaflight!

I was initially sceptical given the reviews

I was initially sceptical given the reviews here. However, everything turned out to be OK, and worth a shot, especially since it was at least 600-700 AUD cheaper than other providers. Booked Economy on Cathay Pacific (MEL to HKG), and I was flying within the same week in January 2026.

The tickets were issued within 6 hours of initial booking. I was able to add it to my CX app, and when check-in came around, I got the boarding pass.

I think the experience could have been better, as I was indeed anxious given the reviews on here.

However, given that TeaFlight delivered on this occasion, I don't think I can give anything lower than 5 stars.

I cannot comment on others' experiences.

Note, purchase at your own risk, and ensure you have a fallback plan if it fails, e.g., claw back the amount with your credit card provider.

Booked it and received my ticket…

Booked it and received my ticket confirmation in around 6 hours. Had no issues with baggage allowance and check in at the airport. I'd say check ur emails frequently to see if its cancelled or confirmed. I recommend just pay the extra buck or 2 for the peace of mind until this agent becomes more reputable.

Avoid Teaflights

Avoid. Paid in full for 4 tickets from family trip Osaka to Tokyo with JAL. No email or phone contact from Teaflights. I contacted them twice both times just told to wait and everything will be fine, 24hrs still no tickets. Asked to speak with a manager (called himself Roy). He mentioned that there was no problem everything will be fine, he also said if tickets did not appear then Teaflights would guarantee the journey, and confirm this via email. No email and still. O tickets. Throughout all staff were rude and condescending, very unpleasant to deal with. I asked manager (Roy) whom he reported to and he refused to answer claiming he was head of the company. Will be writing to the travel governance body about this terrible company.

Real scam…never deal with them.. They should be blacklisted

I booked an ANA return flight from Haneda (HND) to Sapporo (CTS) via your website on 26/1 at around 2pm, as it was advertised as the lowest fare on Google Flights. The outbound flight was scheduled for early the following morning 27/1, making timely seat confirmation critical.
At no point prior to completing the booking and payment was it clearly disclosed that seat confirmation could take up to 14 hours. This material condition was only revealed after the transaction had been successfully processed. Such disclosure, made post-payment, is unacceptable and misleading, as it directly affects the viability of the booking.
Had this information been clearly and transparently presented before purchase, I would not have proceeded, given the extremely tight timeframe and high risk of non-confirmation. As expected, no confirmation was received by midnight. I was therefore forced to secure an alternative flight through another provider to avoid missing my scheduled travel.
Your confirmation was only issued at approximately 3:00 a.m., when I was already asleep. Even then, the confirmation applied only to the outbound sector, with no confirmation or information provided for the return flight from CTS to HND.
This experience demonstrates a serious lack of transparency and fair dealing. The pricing structure appears to rely on delayed confirmation practices that place customers in an unreasonable and disadvantageous position, particularly for urgent travel bookings. It is evident that this system exposes customers to a foreseeable risk of forfeiting refunds when alternative arrangements must be made.
I consider this practice misleading and inconsistent with acceptable consumer protection standards. I therefore request an immediate and full refund of the booking amount. Failing this, I will escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and my card issuer for a formal dispute.

these are a horrible scam site

booked a flight and paid over $300 for baggage. both airlines have no baggage on my booking. Noone responds from their customer service email they are a scam site. will now need to cancel everything via a charge back on my mastercard

Paid for tickets but TeaFlight REFUSED TO PAY THE AIRLINE (Order: #[334338064087]&[334338195779])

I am extremely disappointed and concerned with TeaFlight's service. I booked a flight for two passengers and paid in full. However, TeaFlight has NOT paid the airline.
I contacted the airline (HK Express) directly, and they confirmed that while there are booking references , the status is currently "UNPAID". The airline has warned me that if TeaFlight does not complete the payment by January 16th evening, the bookings will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
I have reached out to TeaFlight multiple times via email, but they have provided ZERO response. This is unacceptable. They have taken my money but are holding it instead of issuing my tickets.
To TeaFlight: Pay the airline IMMEDIATELY and provide the 13-digit E-ticket numbers. If this is not resolved within the next few hours, I will:
Contact my bank to initiate a formal chargeback for "Services Not Received."
Report this company to travel regulatory authorities.
DO NOT BOOK with TeaFlight. They are unreliable and risk cancelling your trip by not paying the airlines on time.

10000% avoid this operator

As a frequent flyer I constantly use Skyscanner to find my flights and book through there approved partners which 99% of the time is with Trip.com, however on 2nd Jan 2026 I saw this operator was offering a better price for checked in luggage so decided to give them a try. I made payment and shortly afterwards received confirmation that my flight from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City and my 23kgs allowance was all booked. Was pleased as at the time is saved me some GBP compared to the other operators.

On the 4th January 2026 I received an email from Teaflight to say that they were unable to confirm my checked in luggage with the airline carrier and were going to issue me a refund for the luggage only and I should contact the airline directly to buy luggage allowance from them. I immediately replied to say this is not good enough and to cancel the who reservation and refund me the whole fee, I was due to fly out on the 6th January. I did not receive a response so looked at the airlines website and as it was all in Vietnamese unable to identify how to buy checked in luggage so was left with no option but to arrive at the airport terminal and see what happens when try to check in. On the day of my flight I went to check in and showed the staff that I had paid online for luggage but they said that there was no record of this on their system and after queuing for over 45 minutes I had to go to the airline desk to pay for my luggage. This cost my 702,000 VND which was a little under £20. This increased my overall flight cost compared to having to using my tried and trusted operator Trip.com. Once I had a receipt that I had paid for my luggage I was able to shortcut the line straight to the check in desk to drop off my luggage and get my ticket.

After completing the flight I received an email from customer services at TeaFlight who were responding to my email 2 days earlier regarding cancellation an refund. They stated that they were unable to find any reference of my booking. Enraged I sent them copies of the invoices I received from them on the 2nd January showing I had paid in full for the flight and luggage and provided them with evidence of making extra payment at the airport and requested compensation. This was on the 7th January. I waited 36 hours and no reply and followed up by email again on the evening of the 8th January. It is now the afternoon of the 10th January as I write this and still no response.

I do not know where this operator is based they seem to be either in China or Singapore but please do yourself a favour and do not book through them, fortunately I was only doing a short haul domestic flight, had it been an international flight the cost of buying luggage at the airport would have been very expensive, never ever again will I deal with these scammers its a pure cow boy operation!!!!

AVOID!

Booked a flight through TeaFlight and was denied boarding because the payment attached to the booking could not be validated, making the ticket invalid. I was forced to buy a new ticket at my own expense. TeaFlight then refused a proper refund and tried to classify this as a voluntary cancellation, offering only a tax refund. Avoid at all costs. Poor systems and zero accountability.

Unpleasant and Unnerving Experience

I had a very unpleasant experience with TeaFlight.com. After purchasing my tickets, I was notified that two emails had been sent:

1. a receipt as proof of payment, and

2. a ticket issuance / booking confirmation.

I did not receive either email.

I contacted customer service and was asked to provide additional details, which I did promptly. After that, I received no response. I followed up with three additional emails over the span of a week, but still received no reply or guidance.

As of January 7, I am still waiting for a response. This lack of communication is extremely unnerving, especially when it involves flight tickets and payment. The experience has been stressful and far from reassuring.

Customer service and communication clearly need serious improvement.

My return flight was booked under someone's milage!

I booked a round-trip JAL flight from Tokyo to Okayama.
The website showed both the outbound and return flights as already issued, but when I tried to board the flight from Okayama Airport on the way back, my name was not on the JAL reservation list. When JAL looked up the itinerary number sent to me by TeaFlight, they found it as a CathayPacific award ticket and told me that the ticket had been already checked in. Whose miles did they use to issue the ticket? The TeaFlight support phone number provided in Japan was no longer in service! I was unable to make any inquiries. I will never use their services again!

Unclear booking process and unreliable support

After completing my booking, I did not receive any booking confirmation email.
Even after contacting customer support, it took five days to receive a response, and all I received was a basic booking confirmation document. There was no information about seat details, and I was unable to make any changes.

Additionally, I paid to add checked baggage in advance, but later I was told that the baggage had not been added at all.
The lack of consistency and clarity made this experience very stressful, and I do not feel this is a reliable company.

If you are only looking for the cheapest option and are willing to accept potential problems, this service may work for you.
However, if you want your trip to end smoothly and without stress, I would strongly recommend choosing a different provider, even if it costs more.

Avoid

Booked a flight with this company . The tickets said pending and within ten minutes it cancelled my ticket. They took payment. Trying to get my money back. I've emailed them twice but no response.

Legit option

Legit option. Teaflight sent my ticket under 2 hours. Had to call support for an extra : the call was connected under 3 minutes and the agent was very professional. Quite a contrast from the reviews on here. Recommended.

I had a very poor experience

I had a very poor experience with TEAFLIGHT.COM and believe this company operates in a scam-like manner.

I booked a flight and received a booking reference, but when I tried to check in with the airline, the reference was invalid and the airline could not locate any booking. The service I paid for was never provided.

There was no effective customer support, and I was unable to get assistance to resolve the issue. Because the booking was unusable, my wife and I were forced to urgently purchase new tickets at a much higher price to meet work commitments.

Taking payment and issuing an invalid booking without providing the promised service is unacceptable and misleading.
And refused to refund too please don't book a ticket from tea flight.
