Good rates, prompt communication, smooth transaction

After purchasing my device from this company.
checked my device the same day I received it and paid the same day. They are great.

Phone was advertised as Amazon Renewed Excellent but arrived with visible scratches that did not meet the Excellent standard. I initially requested a partial refund to reflect the condition difference, but after several days of slow communication we agreed on a replacement instead.

I returned the phone immediately, but after further delays and limited updates, I was eventually informedafter 2 weeks of back and forth that they would issue a refund rather than provide the agreed replacement. Really bad overall experience, very frustrating due to the inaccurate grading and slow communication

Quick process fair price will definitely use again

The service was superb. Really quick and easy process and paid me speedily. They also gave me a certificate of removing or erasing the Esim which I thought I did not have in the first place.

Little disappointed that the S25 Ultra came without the pen

Opps pen is integrated as part of the phones design so excellent service all round.

Company insisted that my device was iCloud locked even though I showed proof it wasn’t multiple times. They made me pay for collection and delivery back to my address only to find out they copied the IMEI number incorrectly. I sincerely hope they look into this and make some changes to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I used a different company and had a seamless experience with a higher quote in the end but did not receive compensation from tiger tech for the unnecessary delivery cost.

Scam company make fake faults on your phone leaving the charger a little out to show a battery charger fault when I hablve never had that problem

I’ve just got a ‘new’ iPad Pro 13” for half price!

I was sceptical about buying a refurbished iPad but after receiving this renewed iPad I am absolutely delighted. In mint condition, no marks or blemishes anywhere. Works as it should and the battery capacity is 100%.
