Ordered a refurbed ipad. Delivered very quickly and condition is brilliant, if you didn’t know it was a refurb you would think it was new.

I traded my older iPad (M1) for the newer M4 version. The entire process was seamless and transparent. My trade-in was handled by Tech Tiger who provided a very reasonable valuation and were very quick to pay out my trade-in value. Overall I am very pleased with the entire transaction and would not hesitate to purchase or trade-in again with them.

Perfect service - paid out what they said they would, which in recent past experience with other companies is unusual. Also, extremely quick payment. Posted item on Wednesday, money in my account on Friday. This is the 2nd time I've sold to Tech Tiger and both times great service - in fact the first time I used them, they pointed out that one of the devices I was trading could still be returned to the retailer. They didn't have to do that, so thank you!

Their speed but more importantly, honesty. I sent a phone I thought was one model but it was in fact a later one. They discovered that and offered me a higher amount. I totally respect that. They'll have whatever business I have for them in future!

Sort by low to high, phones starting as low as 40! Every single one you click on the price jumps to 100. What scammy bull.

However completely ignored my communication about postage. Only pay on items upto £75, which is utterly hopeless. It cost me £11.95 to post my item, considerably detracting from bottom line.

Easy tranaaction fast payout

I sold my Samsung tablet to Tech Tiger.
They offered the best price for it and paid for it the day they received it.
The instructions to sell and send my tablet were very clear and the process was easy to follow

My iPhone 14 Pro arrived in very good condition, would recommend

Ordering, price, finding on website and delivery time were all spot on but packaging was poor. A couple of layers of bubble wrap and a very loose box which arrived badly dented. Fortunately the iPad was fine.

Bought a reconditioned phone which arrived really quickly and was in excellent condition as described. Communication was excellent, letting me know what was happening and the payment was in my bank within 4 hours of them revealing the phone.
Also sold my old phone which was really easy to do and got a excellent price which was
much higher than other companies. Only slight downside was I couldn't take advantage of the discount offer as I had to order my new phone and keep my old one for a couple of days as I couldn't be without a phone. Overall though tech-tiger are fabulous, offer excellent value for money and 5* service and I would definitely recommend for both buying and selling phones.

Notified in the morning that they had received my old phone. Phone checked, notified me and payment received by the end of the same day.
