Mark Watts collected my TV on behalf of D&G as I was having problems with it. He could not have been more helpful and polite. He explained what would happen and set up my replacement TV whilst the other one was being fixed. He is a credit to his company, and was equally helpful on returning my fixed TV. Thank you Mark.

Tech Odyssey is owned by Greenverde Ltd, which has filled for closure last week 19Apr2024.

My daughter purchase a headphones on 18Apr2024, the day prior of their closure filling, and receive an email yesterday 21Apr2024 that the order has been cancelled by them. Credit Card charged but no refund (yet).

Ordered a Google Pixel 7a yesterday (Sunday 21st April) This morning the order is shown on the website as having been cancelled. I didn't cancel it and the payment is still pending on my credit card. I've emailed them to ask what's going on; I will post again if I get a reply. Update : the website is now empty of all information and seems to be defunct. I've blocked my credit card with my bank but the payment I authorised yesterday has been taken. I can't expect to receive what I ordered so a refund is now needed. I don't feel optimistic about that, though! Second update, 24 April: full amount of payment has been refunded. I'm still disappointed not to have the phone but I'm not out of pocket.

Ordered OnePlus Nord3 5G on Friday. I had a delivery date of Wednesday onwards. It arrived Monday. Excellent service. Very happy with this company & would use again.

Tech Odyssey went over and above on my order. I had ordered a device which came with an EU charging brick but this company sourced and supplied a UK charging brick at no extra cost. Excellent service and communication from them. Highly recommend.

Sent me a damaged item. Now unresponsive to my emails. Looking at the recent accounts, they will be gone shortly with your money.

Bought 2 Xiaomi redmi note 12 phones within 2 weeks of each other. Both arrived within a few days of ordering. Sealed boxes and good price. As stated in the description they came with continental 2 pin plugs. I definitely will consider using them again for further tech purchases.

I bought a Xiaomi monitor light and it arrived very quickly (much quicker than their online estimate) and in perfect condition. Techodyssey were also selling it at the most competitive price. My online customer experience was great as I got to chat to a real human via email which makes a change from all the bots. Looking forward to buying from them again!

I decided to purchase a monitor light bar on 26/10/23 as it seemed to be the cheapest online for that model/brand. It took nearly a week to process the order. I wanted to make sure that the item was going to be shipped and that there was no issues as I could have just ordered elsewhere and got the item within that week of waiting. I tried to contact them using the support email provided, I also tried to contact them over the phone but got no answer!!

I then decided to contact them on their website using there online help portal and to my surprise I got a reply.

They said there were issues in supply in which I was happy with but could have at least gave me an update in which they understood.

They sent the item using next day delivery but that was on a Friday so I was not expecting over the weekend. The item finally arrived with an open box and dents. I took the light bar out of the box and noticed the bracket that clips onto the monitor was snapped!!?
I decided that this item is not worthy of using as it had a fault and then came the process of trying to contact them. I am still yet to get a reply after trying all day yesterday sending and email and phone but did get in contact again using the online portal service.

They told me they were sorry to hear that the item was faulty and damaged upon arrival, so I then replied on how I can return the item.

I got no reply from the portal service and still am waiting for a reply. I am now in the process of going through my bank to try and resolve this issue as I feel they are being very unprofessional. Please do not use this service as they are very quick to take your money but their support is atrocious.

Never going to use this company again.

UPDATE: 15/11/23 Still in the process of trying to return the item, they give this same old nonsense that they have a staff shortage so they need to sort out a return label (like it takes a whole day to sort).

They told me on the Friday that they will contact ,e Monday with return details. I waited all day monday and emailed them to see if they are in the process. Someone named Darren got back to saying they needed my address for collection in which i replied with my details but asked what day they are collecting as i may not be home.

Got no reply back and no label sent to me.

Fast forward to today (Wednesday) my partner got in touch with them via the portal and they now are saying they will email me later with the return details!!???

They are just a terrible company to deal with and it solidifies my original review.

Please do not trust all the good reviews on this page. I am a verified reviewer and i want to make people aware of how they treat customers.

Update: I finally got my money back, and i can see the store has now closed down which does not surprise me. Shocking service and not pleasant people. Let’s hope they stay away from retail.

I've just bought a oneplus nord 3; they estimated delivery within 7-10 days, the phone arrived within 2 days. Sealed box and brand new phone at an exceptionally good price. Initially, I was a touch worried whether I had made the right choice but - very, very pleased with the outcome.

Ordered a Google Pixel 7 at a great price - easily the most competitive I could find. Brand new sealed phone arrived well packaged within 2 days. Great website experience, great service. Haven't engaged with customer support at all (haven't needed to) so can't comment on their responsiveness but all the email communication and contact details on the website are reassuring. Don't often leave reviews but this outfit looks like a solid online business.

I recently ordered a Xiaomi Mi screen light from Tech Odyssey because it was far cheaper than the competition and, much to my delight, it was shipped quickly, and packaged well enough for what it was. It arrived in perfect condition and works exactly as expected. Nice one! Now my eyeballs don't hurt as much. Cheers 🎉
