Have purchased a mobile phone from Tec Odyssey and wish to say that I am delighted with the way their customer service team helped me and that there was NO pressure put on me to buy, in fact they told me to take my time to consider my purchase. They also promised to deliver the next day, which they did. The phone was a UK version, fully sealed in the box and cost £100 less than Amazon. You can deal with this seller with confidence

Do not normally leave reviews, but on this occasion I will, as if it had not been for the existing reviews on Trustpilot, I would have probably skipped Tech Odyssey, as everything about them, prices especially, seemed too good to be true.
As it transpires, I need not have worried.
The website is clear and concise, the ordering process is smooth and straightforward and my phone arrived quicker than advertised.
Cannot comment on customer service as I never felt the need to contact them ( a good thing, surely).
Overall, a perfect transaction.
I can honestly say, that the next time I am in the market for new gadgetry, then Tech Odyssey will be the first place I look.

I made an account specifically to review this company, they kept me updated with Tracking, I ordered a POCO X5 PRO as they had the best deal price-wise. Phone came within 3 working days. Only downside being I was given a euro charger. But for the price, it was absolutely worth it.

Needed to replace my Bose QC buds ( £279 ) noticed this site selling them for £199 , even refurbs are £240! Bit dubious to be fair but after doing some research I went for it .
Noticed the 10 day delivery window so after 3 days I phoned them as they hadn’t been dispatched .Great customer care , told they were on their way . Arrived next day , checked Bose serial number on the box and they’re 100% legit , great headphones ! Not sure how they get them so cheap , don’t really care to be honest !! Will be my go to online tech shop from now on

Ordered a Poco X5 Pro 5G phone just before 5:00pm and received the phone the following day, without paying for next day delivery. Exactly as described brand new sealed. Only downside was that there is a Euro charger included. I purchased a 67W UK charger on eBay for £8. Great price, UK based, excellent service. Highly recommended.

I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note and paid less than anywhere else.
The phone arrived carefully packaged and much faster than expected.

Starting off I was very skeptical as the prices on the site are so much better than most places, it was almost too good to be true. After calling their offices and looking into the business registration information provided on the site I was put at ease. I ordered my phone and got it the next day. When I checked the IMEI number, the goods were genuine. I am glad I ordered from Tech Odyssey.

(Also, I am aware that it looks fishy that they have a bunch of positive reviews in such a small period of time, but that is due to the fact the webpage is new. )

Great company ordered new Redmi 12 for the wife yesterday arrived today as advertised, far cheaper than anyone else, delivered to wrong house and no note left telling us where it was, however tracked it down.

Wow, super low price and excellent customer service... I bought 2x A54 6gb... I don't think these are available for UK. However items came within a couple of days. I noticed they were already ready to go but in Chinese... So did a factory reset and it's like a normal UK device. As usual the UK get conned so it's nice when companies don't get greedy and he'll the little guy. Thank you

I was just about to commit to a Samsung galaxy phone on another site...but one last search brought up Tech Odyssey...with the same phone at least £60 cheaper...they also had a higher spec model at such an amazing price that I admit I was a little skeptical ...but following a few questions in 'chat', a bit of a 'search'... and the promise of next day delivery...I took a punt and ordered the higher spec one....and true to their word, next day my lovely new phone arrived...pretty unbeatable on price, good communication and delivery...so glad I found Tech Odyssey...I think they have a bright future ahead!!

I don’t usually write reviews but Tech Odyssey are deserving of 5 stars. Not only were their prices the most competitive online (yes, Amazon, even you!) but they were easy to order from and provide great follow up communication from
Darren. The item I ordered wasn’t available in the colour I selected when being shipped, however they let me know immediately they had an alternative if it was acceptable (which it was) and continued to keep me updated until my order was dispatched and ultimately delivered. Although there was a slight delay in the arrival of my order due to my location, Darren continued to keep me updated and showed a genuine appreciation of my custom. Tech Odyssey set a high bar for eCommerce customer service and I would have no hesitation in recommending. Other online tech retailers should take note.
