Do not use this site Its atrocious. The live chat has one person who can't answer questions. They ignore all contact on their email account. They gave me a bonus I which didn't ask for then kept £0.07 bonus balance making it impossible to withdraw. This casino needs to be investigated. I can't even close my account. Scam site keep well away, won 2000 euros and would not pay me out, just to let you know I used NO bonuses to accumulate my winnings. When trying to contact them about my withdrawal they stopped me gaining access to my account, i sent numerous emails to there customer help desk did not get one reply back. They do not have live chat which they say they do. Asked casino Guru for help and they tried to help me out but got nowhere because they stopped engaging with resolving this dispute because they are scammers. Please all check them out on casino reviews. My one star rating is a minus one not a one star as they don’t deserve even a zero.

Absolute scam!!! Do not use this site. It will allow you to deposit then log you out and won't let you log back in. When contacting customer services they will keep telling you its being resolved and won't be. Will never use this site again and would advise others to stay well away.

If I could give zero stars I would. I deposited because I was told by the site I would receive 200% bonus and 40% cashback but received £5. Avoid like a plague

Total scam - advertises standard RTP for games but is nowhere near what you get back - bought 40 games (bonus buys) the returns are literally appalling. $20 BB, lucky to get back 10% - now I know casinos have to make money, but the maths do not equate here. Even with an average RTP, you would expect maybe 1 or 2 lucky hits from 40 bonus buys - nothing.

They then send you Cashback (not real money, it goes to your bonus balance which requires wagering) - had $540, so hit the bonus buys again - guess what, all losses.

If all casinos operated this way, people would very quickly lose the appetite for slots. AVOID.

I learnt the hard way, but the account can't be closed so I'll just suck up my losses and move on.
