Memory sticks doesn't work. It's junk. Almost ruined my pc.

Had small issue at first but TechPartz was quick to fix, great support and parts.

Ordered two 16G server memory sticks, and one started to have issues. Requested RMA, which was handled very quickly, and they even covered return shipping. RMA memory stick, along with two more additional sticks that I ordered are installed and running well.

Bought 2 hard drives and when I had to return them it took a month and several emails the last one i had to threaten a charge back they finally refunded but hit me with a 25% restock fee on an item not even taken out of the package.

The drive was revived well packed but unfortunately DOA - unable to format. This “new” drive has a manufacturing date of 2/2011.

I will be contacting the company for an ROA.

they canceled my order without explanation and did not respond to email query

Did a great job. The drives got here when we expected and they worked great in our server. Will definitely use them again but hope we never have to.

Good price, quick delivery. I would purchase again from TechPartz. Note that the the online order platform will reject orders placed using a VPN connection, and may not notify the buyer. Once I found this out, I placed a second order without a VPN connection, which completed with no issues.

Tried to cancel the order once i noticed 1 TB on a drive had changed to a 500 GB with a price of $110.00. The tech rep, said "it was clearly marked, YADA" and to return just refuse the shipment. The there is a 25% restocking fee. The rep was a pain, couldn't understand him for the most part. Told him he was loosing a customer. Yeah, right, sure! I'll buy from someone with acceptable practices and policies.

Great experience. I ordered HDDs, got them quickly and the packaging was super. They are definitely my go to for HDDs

I do not do reviews, but it was a request from their end that if I am happy with my purchase I should write something about them. Well, I am pleased with the product. Been using the drive for 2 days now. For refurbished drive it actually works pretty well.

I thought I was buying a new hard drive turns out it was used with thousands of hours on it Granted it still works. Beware

Beware of what you order from these guys. They are listing Hard drives, among other things, as new when they are in fact Corporate Pulls. I received my "new" hard drive and looked at the S.M.A.R.T. data and the drive had over 16,000 hours on it. When i called them they said it was a new corporate batch of drives or something to that effect. They said unless the drive says "New in sealed package" that it was a used dive. THis is going on rampant on their website and I really feel bad for the people that get drives and don't know to check the SMART stats and the drive kicks after only a year or two

I receive the hard drive it is the wrong drive that is for a tower I need the drive for a laptop hp dv6700 pavilion entertainment pc i will keep the one u sent let me know if u have the one for the laptop so I can reorder send me a email.

Ordering was easy and the part came quickly. I have not had it installed yet so I'm not sure if it works correctly or if it's the right part for the job, but everything else was great!

wish i could give less than 1 star... ordered an HP RAID controller battery, got the part a week later, and it threw an error on it's first check. let it charge for a day, still nothing. Reached out to support, they said they would refund my money, and almost 2 weeks later I still have yet to see a refund. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank... save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere
