Stay away, they asked for Social security number, date of birth and drivers license number, just to buy with a credit card. Stay far away.

Hello Sir.

I am sorry if you feel unsecured about our security methods. But when ever there is an AVS mismatch address filed for an order we have to be cautious before processing the order. And as for our security measures we specifically asked for any one of the photo verification id not all of them.
Not only us but most of the online base business will ask for some sort of photo verification id for their own security because no one wants to be charged for fraudulent charges or disputes.
Besides asking our customers for a filled up form and asking for a photo verification there is no other possible ways for us to be secured enough to process a suspicious order.
We do not ask our customers for this authorization always, only when anyone uses a vpn app/ service or their is an AVS mismatch or if the billing and shipping are of different states.
I hope this would clear out any confusion there is. And hope to see you again on our site.

We have called you to verify our Order. But did not get response. Then we cancelled your Order and VOID the Payment. Also sent you an email notification.

produst received was not what was ordered. No replacement was offered. They issued a RMA but i had to pay to return.

Paid $100 to overnight a part which I…

Paid $100 to overnight a part which I received next day DOA. I was told will have a replacement ASAP that never happened. Got my refund without shipping costs 8 days later. Not buying again!

didn't send the part as overnight as we paid for. It also seems if I didn't bring up the issue it would been sent a couple of days later. We received the part three days from the time ordered on Monday and received on Thursday.

We have shipped your order using FedEx Standard Overnight Method as per your Order Instruction on the same day (Friday) you Ordered. But FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday for Standard Overnight Delivery. They Deliver these shipment on Next Business Day. This was the reason of delivery on Monday. If you contacted us about it before placing order, we could recommend you to choose FedEx Saturday Delivery. You never asked us about it.

Terrible Customer Service!!!

I could literally fill out volumes regarding the horrendous customer service of this company. First of all, they appear to be a re-seller and do not stock any items.The importance of this follows... I ordered hard drives due to a critical system failure. Initially they were very responsive. I spent $51 to fedex 3 drives overnight. I did receive the drives the next day but only 2 of them. I promptly emailed them and they said they would check with their shipper....This is when the promptness faded off. All of these details and emails are date tracked so there is no confusion.....I contacted them SEVERAL hours later after no response and they said they were going to overnight me another drive. That's fine, would have just appreciated the notice from them earlier as my company was effectively shut down due to not having the third drive to set up the server. I received the drive the next morning. I explained my business loss for an entire day to their failure to send the 3rd drive. I asked for some sort of consideration for my considerable loss. I would have been happy if they just said we will comp you on that one drive (its only $30). They said the best they could do was refund me 30% of my $51 initial fedex charge...Ridiculous!!! They even had the gall to tell me that they paid for shipping twice when a common sense person knows that I paid for the first shipping and that they paid their supplier the money for shipping that I already paid. Then they only paid to ship the item THEY forgot to send....Furthermore, they said that THEY TOOK MY WORD that I didnt receive the third drive...Incredible accusation for something their vendor didnt do....I am completely offended that a company would make an accusation. Furthermore, their supplier would have most likely absorbed the cost since they neglected to ship on for the seller.......In addition, when i first made them aware that i wanted some resolution, they conveniently forget to get back to me until I contacted them again days later. I have all the emails and there is no denying their lack of care for me as a customer and the accusations they made towards me. This is only my experience and hopefully it wont happen again.

A pleasure doing business

My order was a great value, better than Amazon or Newegg. Shipping was excellent, arrived two days sooner than expected. I would not hesitate to order again from TechPartz.
